The room is quite big, but the facilities are old. The refrigerator doesn't work, and the air conditioner is noisy. The biggest problem is that there is no quilt, only a bed sheet. It's hot when the air conditioner is not turned on, but cold when it is turned on! Although there are not many varieties of dinner by the pool, the taste is good, with freshly fried pasta. The breakfast is relatively simple.

The hotel is located in Anuradhapura, with beautiful pagoda ruins visible across a large lake. The environment of the hotel is quite beautiful, and the swimming pool is also very good. The supply of buffet breakfast is not stable. We stayed for 4 nights in a row. Breakfast was buffet breakfast on two days and set meal on two days. The explanation given by the hotel was that the buffet breakfast was not open because the tour bus had left and there were too few people. Anyway, it’s quite interesting to have a traditional Sri Lankan breakfast. Picture 1 is the set breakfast we had (the portions were huge), and Pictures 2 and 3 are the buffet breakfast.

We are frequent visitors to Anuradapura and couple of time we used to stay in this hotel. Environment and facilities have been improved recently. Best view of sthupa. Pls see the uploaded pics we took. Staff and food also great. Highly recommended.

Vacation/Family We spent one night at Heritage hotel Anuradhapura last month and this is my 4th visit.It's a well-maintained hotel with a beautiful pool,good food and friendly staff.Specially Mr Sumith CEO of the hotel was a very hospitable individual.I noticed the CEO actively engaging with the staff and interacting with guests,which was impressive.The food was excellent, with both quality and quantity exceeding our expectations.I will definitly choose this hotel again for my next visit to Anuradhapura and highly recommend it to others. When I arrived anuradhapura I got to know about this lovely hotel heritage anuradhapura. As so I came here for one day with my family.so actually this location is so beautiful and very calm the staff is very friendly and also the pool area is so beautiful with a huge pool among anuradhapura. Overall stay was fantastic with best food and beverages. I will visit next time again when I arrived anuradapura

Me and my family booked 7 rooms at the Heritage Hotel Anuradhapura.We stay at the one night here.we had a warm and nice welcome at the check in time. The staff was very friendly and attentive.The room was very clean as I expected.We had a delicious meal here.Definitely come back again and recommend.

Heritage Hotel Anuradhapura is an awesome place to stay which has picturesque scenery.The location in front of the Thissa Lake.The staff was very kind and helpful.The rooms are very clean and spacious.We had a yummy breakfast here.I was highly recommended this Hotel.

Accommodation - This property is located by a nice waterfront, and we were all really impressed with the view. Food - Food arrangements were fantastic, and we were personally asked by the F&B manager to share our preferences. It was awesome! Management and staff - The service was great and exceeded our expectations. The CEO personally contacted us and ensured everything was alright. Overall, I would highly recommend this place as an accommodation provider. In addition, we learned that new improvements are coming soon, which will create extra comfort for guests.

We had a great staycation at Heritage hotel. Their hospitality was good and the staff were very welcoming supportive. The wide range of Sri lankan food was delicious and meticulously prepared. The rooms were well furnished and comfortable. Moreover the rooms were lavishly decorated and comfortable.

It was absolutely a lovely stay. We had a road block on our way and had a huge delay to get to the hotel, and the arrival meal was lunch however the staff was very good enough to keep the buffet open just for us and all the meals were kept hot and fresh. We were already stressed about the delay but They made us stress-free about our meal plans. So kudos to the hotel . One of the best we have been .
