Staff are good. At our chek in they were cofused. We had to wait for some time. Staff need more professionalism.

Hotel pequeño en Anuradhapura en un entorno encantador. Por desgracia, las habitaciones no lo eran. El wifi y el agua calienten eran inexistentes. Por suerte, el AC sí estaba operativo. El desayuno, no buffet, te lo preparan sobre la marcha y es justito. Cucarachas deambulando a placer por el baño… Solo se salva el personal que se esfuerza en agradar. Le pondría un 1, pero le subo a 2 porque me ayudaron a cambiar la rueda tras amanecer con un pinchazo.

Comfortable place, friendly staff and delicious food. Not far from the biggest Buddhist temple. Very cheap price. Large portions and tea was delicious. Air conditioning and fan was working. Reasonably clean too. Very spacious rooms...

I'm afraid this was not a good stay - very similar to the most recent reviewer. We arrived but were told no booking had been made. Staff were not expecting us and were not friendly. I had to speak with the owner (I assume) on the phone and was told to contact my agent. A room was sorted after confirmation from the travel agent. My room was dirty and the sheets were very stained. The room had lots of flies, mosquitos and ants. The towel was filthy and the sheet I was given was threadbare. No hot tap in bathroom. Toiletries provided was a small bar of soap. We checked out early and moved elsewhere. It seems things have changed greatly since earlier reviews.

Unpleasant staff. The confirmed room was unavailable when we arrived at the hotel. Disgraceful customer service with inappropriate communication with guests. The hospitality level is nil. I will never recommend to any person to make bookings. These people ruin tourism in Sri Lanka. Please don’t waste your time visiting this place because it's located too far away from the city center and pilgrim sites. Please find the attached photos taken on location when we leave the place to look another in the town.
