The location is very good. It is just across the overpass from the hotel to the Antw-Berchem train station and 5 minutes to the central train station. The room is a bit small. The air conditioner in my room did not start at night and I didn't find it until the next day. But the staff came to fix it quickly. The breakfast is quite rich and there are plenty of parking spaces. Google navigation can't guide to the hotel, it can only guide to the other side of the road, which needs to be improved.

Ik had zout nodig omdat ik ziek was. Medewerker wou me geen klein pakketje geven omdat de "Bar gesloten was" Is vervolgens aggresief geworden en heeft me fysiek vastgepakt en aggresief behandelt omdat ik toch 2 meter naar voren liep en een klein pakketje zou had gepakt. Heb de politie ingeschakeld die hebben zout voor me meegenomen. Klachtbrief gestuurd naar het hotel, geen reactie. Daarnaast ook geen zakelijke factuur gekregen van mijn verblijf terwijl ik het 3x had aangegeven pas gekregren na dat ik had gebeld.

I made a mistake and booked the wrong hotel, thinking this was the Radisson by the central station. This hotel is right by the Berchem station only one stop from the central station so not a crisis when I found out. I walked back into town the following morning in 30 minutes following the train track. I was not at the hotel long but it was pretty standard for a Radisson with nice beds, good showers and a good selection of TV channels. Good value for the price (around 90 euros). I did not try the breakfast.
