Goede locatie, fantastische kamers en eigenaars waarvan het "b&b-gebeuren" echt in hun bloed zit, ook al zijn ze nog maar een jaar of twee bezig. Perfectie bestaat niet, maar het kan er naar neigen. Deze plaats is zeker een overnachting waard!

Wat een heerlijke plek! Ruime, sfeervol ingerichte kamer met een superfijne douche en een fijn ruim bed. Zowel de kamer als de gezamenlijke ruimtes heel netjes en schoon, Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door Ingrid & Piet en ook tijdens ons verblijf was de gastvrijheid top. Ligging is goed, zeker als je gebruik maakt van de stadsfietsen (€5 p 24 uur). En dan het ontbijt: geweldig ! Heerlijk brood en broodjes, een vers gebakken eitje naar wens en heerlijke koffie. Wij komen graag nog eens terug. Dit adresje komt met stip binnen in onze top 3 van overnachtingen !

After two years postponing due to the pandemic we could finally realize our trip to Antwerp and we could not have found ourselves in a better place than with Ingrid and Piet’s b&b. From the beginning, we felt heartily welcomed and this was true until we were bound to leave after four days. Ingrid supplied us with a lot of useful information and good research where to go and what to see. Piet was always available and together they were just pleased to please us. The house is an oasis with a very delicate design. The rooms are spacious and there is clarity everywhere. You will find exquisite biological hygiene products in the bath and if you like, you may even have an Onzen experience. Breakfast also is rich and for every taste. Just good to know the staircases leading to the upper floors are steep and can be a challenge for physically impaired persons. Next to the b&b the two run a place with delicate lunch and dinner options that saved us straight after our arrival. 22b is close to two tram lines and in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed our stay as much as we have been impressed by Antwerp itself. A gem that we have tried to explore as deep as we could but calls definitely for another visit.

We hebben ons zeer welkom gevoeld. Ondanks de drukte rond de lunch kregen we een pasje om in een privé garage de auto weg te zetten. En we konden gelijk de kamer in. Eerst overheerlijke koffie gedronken. Met een lekker taartje erbij. De ligging is perfect, je neemt de tram 4 aan de kant van de jumbo en bent in 15 minuten in het centrum. Piet en Ingrid zijn erg behulpzaam en kunnen je alle informatie geven. De kamer was zeer schoon, fijne douche met handdoeken en washanden op de kamer. Tot de volgende keer!

It was a delightful surprise. The property is very beautiful, with lovely and spacious rooms. Every detail is well cared for. It feels like home. Ingrid and Piet were fantastic. The breakfast was excellent. We particularly appreciated the family atmosphere and the focus on genuine and sustainable products. In short, we recommend it to everyone and can’t wait to return.

Wat een fantastische B&B! Een prachtig huis met een fijne kamer, ingericht met oog voor detail. Het ontbijt is geweldig luxe en zeer ruime keuze. Er is zelfs gedacht aan alle allergieën en diëten. Plak daar nog aan vast de meest vriendelijke hosts die je echt welkom laten voelen en je hebt een geweldige ervaring in Antwerpen! Als je je hier niet thuis voelt dan voel je het nergens.

Ingrid & Piet are exceptional hosts running an exceptional establishment. Staying with them is a singularly joyous experience. A great neighbourhood which is quiet and yet everything one needs in Antwerp is close at hand. There really is no better place to stay.

Heel goede B&B, uitstekende ligging en goede prijs. De uitbaters Ingrid en Piet zijn fantastische mensen die er alles aan doen om het de klant zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Heel goed ontbijt met ruime keuze. Alhoewel de B&B naast de spoedingang van het hospitaal ligt, ben ik 's nachts niet wakker geworden van lawaai (kamer lag aan de straatkant).
