De accomodatie zag er keurig uit. Het inchecken was heel duidelijk en helder op voorhand aangegeven waardoor we direct naar binnen konden. Binnen was het enorm schoon en erg luxe, de suite is van alle gemakken voorzien en het bed sliep echt heerlijk. Enige minpunt was dat de batterijen van de afstandsbediening op waren waardoor we geen tv konden kijken, we zijn in de avond nog even snel naar de avond winkel gegaan, die overigens op loopafstand ook zit, om deze te vervangen. Al met al een heerlijke ervaring wat ik iedereen zou aanraden!

Wir hatten die Suite Nr. 5 gebucht und dachten zu beginn das wir einen echtes Schnäppchen machten. Die Bilder auf der Webseite sahen toll aus. Beim betreten der Suite stellten wir fest… das ein Reinfall war… es ist nicht mehr oder weniger ein AirBnB. Die Wohnung wurde nicht gereinigt. Es standen noch benutzte Kaffeetassen im Schrank. Der Küchenplatte war völlig verdreckt und ölig. Die Wohnung war eiskalt… und wurde auch im Bereich des Bades nicht warm… auch auf bitten mit der Leitung wurde hier wenig unternommen. Der Teppich war verunreinigt. Es stand nur ein Weinglas und ein Champagner Glas im Schrank. Die Rampe am Eingang des Hotels hatte ein Loch… was schon fast einer Anzeige Grenzt. Die Lage an sich ist sehr gut. Gegenüber befindet sich das Hilton… wir waren auch kurz davor dort hinzu wechseln… An das Team …. bitte zieht die Leute hier nicht ab und investiert mehr in Ausstattung und Service…. und solange nennt es bitte nicht Luxury Aparments.

This is an apart-hotel and not an hotel. No reception, no help with baggage, and very difficult to communicate with anyone if help is needed. The entrance is a tiny black door and a tiny corridor to the elevator. Room was spacious with a comfortable bathroom, but when in the room you need to go down a few steps to the living room and then up a few steps to the bedroom. An app on your phone opens the front door and the bedroom door. Over all a very stressful experience.

This place is perfect for a romantic weekend trip. Clean, luxurious design and comfy bed plus well located so that exploring the city is easy.

Amazing little hotel. This is a not your typical hotel with a lobby, or staff on site. These are perfectly decorated and furnished apartments. Coffee makes, wine and champagne glasses, wine opener, Everything is remote, the keys are transmitted to you electronically. But everything works flawlessly. And the apartment is adorable, very comfy bed, couch, huge TV, awesome shower. If it had a kitchen you could live here.

It was my first trip to Antwerp, so I was unfamiliar with the town. I prefer boutique, quirky type accommodation where possible. This hotel fitted the bill! (Unfortunately for me) I had an important video call for work whilst there but the free wifi was faultless. I would highly recommend it to other travellers. If I ever return to Antwerp, this very high standard ‘home from home’ accommodation would be my choice. Thank you.
