Très décevant
Beaucoup de petits problèmes : douche glissànte, aucune notice pour régler le chauffage ni la télévision, un incroyable sous-équipement de la kitchenette (seulement 2 assiettes et 2 verrres à eau par exemple, pas de grille-pain). Et une communication de pure forme en l'absence de contact sur place.
Navrant pour une location bien située et à la décoration soignée (malgré un chariot de linge sale stationné en permanence dans l'entrée !!).

Excellent place to stay
Very nice property, very clean and organized. It is in a very good location, close to commercial and historical sites. A lot of things to do and places to eat nearby. We had a little confusion with the entry code, but could sort it out with the help of the property management and they immediately took care of it.

Terrible communication
It is a lovely property in a good location but our experience staying there was extremely disappointing.
Issues with luggage storage, poor communication, broken air conditioning and WiFi that didn't work with no solutions from the staff despite multiple conversations with them.
Bed was also hard and the pillows not very supportive, leaving us in pain in the morning.

Also ich bin seit 2 Tagen in Antwerpen und habe ein Zimmer bei ,,Smartflats/raphaelssuites“ Gebucht und bin endlich froh wenn der kurz Urlaub vorbei ist. Es fing an damit dass als ich ankam es erstmal eine halbe Stunde gedauert hat bis ich ins Zimmer komme wegen Problemen mit der Tür. Kurze Zeit später kam schon das zweite Problem. - keine Fernbedienung für den Fernseher. Man sagte mir man kümmert sich drum.- Kam keine Nachricht mehr. Kundenservice mangelhaft. Dann ging ich auf den Balkon, da kam schon das dritte und wirklich lebensgefährliche Problem. Ein Loch im Boden den man abgedeckt hat mit einem Tisch. Dennoch Lebensgefährlich. Dazu kommt noch das der Kühlschrank defekt ist, was mich auch sehr gestört hat. Was mich aber am meisten stört ist die Sauberkeit, sehr sehr widerlich. Obwohl man mir ca. 40€ für die Reinigung berechnet, erwarte ich auch Sauberkeit wenn ich einchecke. Ich bereue diesen Urlaub sehr und hätte am liebsten meine Geld zurück. Würde gerne 0 Sterne geben

Hele nette accommodatie, wel 3 trappen op voordat je bij kamer bent. Accommodatie ligt midden in stad, alles op loop afstand. Kamer is erg mooi en netjes.

We stayed at Raphael Suites for the second time in a couple of years. Even though we like the location, very central, and the atmosphere/design of the apartments, we did not have a good experience with the service. There was a constant humming from within the shaft in the room. Also the remote for the TV was missing. I reported it immediately yet needed to remind I hadn’t heard anything from the technical department. The humming’s really annoying specifically during the night and we were staying three nights.

The apartment was beautiful and spacious. Borh beds were comfortable. The batheoom was amazing with the tub and shower working beautifully. AC and heat were localized and very good.
The communication with the service was poor when we had problems, and the technician sent out to fix the problems did not fully fix one of them. The wifi was down the whole time, and we only found the router while checking out. There were lights that wouldnt turn on in all of the rooms.
All in all, great property, but it needs some better upkeep and service.
