The service was excellent, and there's a high-speed rail station shuttle service, but be sure to ask in advance. The environment is also nice, and the courtyard view is stunning. It was a wonderful trip. However, none of the hotel's air conditioners worked. When it got too hot, I had to open the screens for ventilation. Across from the hotel, there's a Northeastern Chinese restaurant that plays mind-blowing music until around 8:00 AM. The first night I checked in was a bit annoying. It was cool outside, but the room was scorching. The air conditioner wouldn't turn on cold air, and it was noisy with the windows open! It was even hot with the windows closed! The front desk staff kept blasting music the first night, and I could hear it from the rooms on the third floor. It lasted until 11:00 AM, but I couldn't sleep even if I tried to go to bed early. The next day, they didn't play music until late... Changbai Mountain is certainly cool outside in September, but the hotel room was stuffy. After going out and coming back home, I felt noticeably hot. I didn't need the air conditioner most of the time, but when it got hot, it was unbearable without it. I woke up from the heat the first night without opening the windows, and the next day, I woke up with the noise. 😅 Aside from the air conditioner not working, which significantly impacted my experience, the hotel was quite good.

This hotel really surprised me in a good way. 1. The room was surprisingly spacious, feeling much larger than 30-35 square meters, especially with the added balcony. The location is a quiet oasis amidst the bustling Endu Plaza. Even during the National Day celebrations with lots of activities, it was incredibly peaceful at night. 2. The king-sized bed was huge! Our family of three, with a ten-year-old child, all slept incredibly comfortably with plenty of room to stretch out. I'm pretty sure it was a two-meter bed. 3. The breakfast was fresh and had everything you'd expect, on par with Atour or Mercure hotels. 4. The service was exceptional and very thoughtful. The staff, mostly young people, were proactive and eager to help. A special thank you to Kexin for her care over the past two days and for the parting gift, and also to the young man who assisted with my check-in and lent me an umbrella. The service industry nowadays truly goes above and beyond!

A surprisingly pleasant stay. The hotel arranged a pick-up service, and our driver was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He immediately shared tips on local must-visit spots and dining options on the nearby street, even giving a brief introduction to the unique features of Changbai Mountain. The legendary hospitality of Northeasterners was immediately evident! The hydrangeas lining the streets were absolutely gorgeous, adorning the entire block, truly brightening my mood. The front desk attendant was lovely. The absolute best part is how incredibly safe the area feels. With the Public Security Bureau, a military administrative zone, and the City Procuratorate all nearby, solo female travelers can feel completely at ease. It's also very close to the North Slope shuttle center; I just walked there. Visiting during the off-peak season this time of year allowed me to fully experience the beautiful golden autumn of Changbai Mountain in September. The weather was perfect, neither too cold nor too hot, and I got to admire the stunning beauty of Tianchi Lake.

Don't be too comfortable, I found this place after looking for major platforms. The advantage is that the resort is in the town. It is very convenient to go anywhere! There are all small light bars around the meal. It is convenient to go to Changbai Mountain Scenic Area to various attractions. The staff of the hotel are also very enthusiastic. The room is fully equipped. Some of them are driving in Beijing to meet my family's holiday needs. By the way, there is a fireworks show in front of the hotel in the evening. It looks good.
