Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They were professional and always smiley whenever we got back hotel. Especially yu min 于敏 wang jing王晶, they helped with our smooth check in and check out and my many enquires. Requested for late check out for 30mins and they gave me 1 hour instead, really appreciate for that!!! We were surprised with the little gift pack from the hotel. It’s the local tea leaves and volcanos rock!! It’s something so unique and interesting as a gift! It’s one of the best hotels I would say!! Room was spacious, clean and smart. The layout and lighting of the room make our stay very comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was delivered right to our room in the morning at our specific timing. This saves us effort to make our way to the dining place for breakfast when we can enjoyed it in our room. The laundry room was definitely a huge plus for us. Totally free of charge for washing and drying clothing. The stay was so great and we decided to extend one more night. Location is near the town area. Either flag for taxi or ask the receptionist for help would be a better option. It’s very convenient to roam around the area as taxi is widely available. Overall it was an awesome and enjoyable stay.

My husband and I are very please to booked into Jiyu Mountain Hotel. When we arrived they off us to their sister Hotel CheerMay Hotel which is just next door. It is a very nice and New Hotel interior design of this hotel is so spacious and clean it immediate gave a good feeling. Room also so clean, bright spacious with big window. The reception conter lady are so helpful and friendly. They help us all the way of booking ticket transportation. We will definitely return to this Hotel if we back to ChangBai Shan. Highly recommend.

As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the attentive service was like a spring breeze blowing on our faces, making us feel happy. The room is fully equipped with first-class facilities and is exquisite in every aspect. The surrounding natural environment is unique, as if you are in a paradise. The check-in experience was very good. There was a special butler who helped us carry umbrellas and suitcases when it rained. The service attitude was very good! The 118-square-meter hotel is decorated in a modern, simple and stylish style. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean and intelligent. The facilities are all new and all branded. There are large and double beds, heated tatami, adjustable footbath chair, and two bathrooms. You can also go to the hotel to take a hot spring bath and sweat steam, which ends before 21:00 in the evening. There is a restaurant street nearby with some restaurants to choose from. After coming back from Changbai Mountain, you can go out for a meal, come back to soak in the hot springs and take a bath to refresh yourself, have a good night's sleep, and call to make an appointment in the morning to take a taxi to the high-speed rail station in about ten minutes. It's very comfortable and pleasant! Five-star praise! To be honest, there is some smell in the corridor because it has been newly renovated in recent years, but it is not obvious in the room and opening the windows for ventilation is not affected. The overall experience is very good!
