Hope my review can find you well, if you are considering this hotel, just book it! From the day I booked this hotel, I asked the frontdesk people tons of questions regarding my experiences in Changbaishan, because I'm new to this place and have no clue at all. They were very kind and patient with me, even showed me how to buy tickets of Tianchi peak on Wechat. The hotel is super new, with full of facilities and even a tea set with tatami corner and a glass baywindow for your own enjoyment. Great system with welcoming screen and music whenever you entered the room. Toilet bowl was heating and automatically flushing. Breakfast was good and various. We enjoyed it a lot. Location is good, you can reach the Edelweiss Reindeer Park in just few minutes by foot and reach the tourist center of North Slope Changbaishan National Park center (where to catch a bus to Changbaishan and Tianchi peak) in 15 minutes by foot. My appreciation to the female driver of the hotel who was picked us up at the train station and sent us off, even drove us to some good places for dinner, and help us alot. People from Yunju hotel were all nice and helpful. Great impression!

I was really surprised by this stay! The hotel is impeccable from hardware to service, and I must praise it~ I would like to especially thank the front desk service guy Fuguier! He took us to see three different room types patiently, and explained them in detail with a smile on his face throughout the whole process, without any impatience. Finally, according to our needs, he recommended a super satisfactory view room. The room is spacious and bright, the smart home + simple decoration is particularly textured, and the bedding is extremely comfortable! Breakfast must be praised! It’s so happy to be able to eat such a rich buffet at the foot of Changbai Mountain~The freshly cooked noodles are warm and healthy, and there are all kinds of Northeast specialties, bread and desserts. The laundry service is also very considerate. The laundry is sent back in the evening on the same day, and the clothes still have a fresh fragrance~ All the staff are as enthusiastic as old friends. They will take the initiative to ask about their needs when they meet in the elevator. The front desk lady also hand-painted a map of the surrounding food. It takes only 10 minutes to drive from the entrance of the scenic area, and the taxi is just the starting price for delicious restaurants. If you like sports, you can walk one kilometer to get there. After playing, return to the room and recover instantly! This experience is really rare, and I highly recommend it to all travelers! PS: You can’t go wrong asking Brother Fuguier to arrange the room~

The location is very good, close to Yunding Palace and the dining street. The decoration of the hotel is also very warm. When I went there, it was just after the Spring Festival. It was very beautiful and suitable for taking pictures. The service at the front desk was very good, especially A Yue, who helped me solve the problem as soon as I needed it. She was humorous and hospitable, making me feel at home. The room decoration is novel and the layout is reasonable. The bathroom supplies, especially the hand sanitizer, are very fragrant and smell good. Next time I come to Changbai Mountain, I will stay in this hotel again, the cost performance is high👍

Our stay at Changbaishan Huazhu Hotel was a delightful surprise! Traveling during the off-season offered fantastic value for money, and our whole family even received a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel boasts a 'light luxury' design, offering a perfect balance of sophistication and warmth. Both the older and younger members of our family absolutely adored it! The breakfast was a highlight for me – it was exquisite and catered to all tastes. Every member of our family, from young to old, found something they loved. What was most convenient was that the Enduli performance venue was just a short walk away in the evening. The show perfectly blends folk culture with stunning visual and auditory effects. The adults enjoyed the lively spectacle, while the kids were fascinated by the new experience – our whole family had an absolutely wonderful time! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a family trip to Changbaishan, especially during the off-season. With fewer crowds, the experience is even better, and both the service and environment are truly top-notch!

This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.

The service was excellent, and there's a high-speed rail station shuttle service, but be sure to ask in advance. The environment is also nice, and the courtyard view is stunning. It was a wonderful trip. However, none of the hotel's air conditioners worked. When it got too hot, I had to open the screens for ventilation. Across from the hotel, there's a Northeastern Chinese restaurant that plays mind-blowing music until around 8:00 AM. The first night I checked in was a bit annoying. It was cool outside, but the room was scorching. The air conditioner wouldn't turn on cold air, and it was noisy with the windows open! It was even hot with the windows closed! The front desk staff kept blasting music the first night, and I could hear it from the rooms on the third floor. It lasted until 11:00 AM, but I couldn't sleep even if I tried to go to bed early. The next day, they didn't play music until late... Changbai Mountain is certainly cool outside in September, but the hotel room was stuffy. After going out and coming back home, I felt noticeably hot. I didn't need the air conditioner most of the time, but when it got hot, it was unbearable without it. I woke up from the heat the first night without opening the windows, and the next day, I woke up with the noise. 😅 Aside from the air conditioner not working, which significantly impacted my experience, the hotel was quite good.
