Stayed for two nights and upgraded to a deluxe twin bed, which should be 4 square meters more than what I originally booked. I bought a package ticket for unlimited access to hot springs, Tianchi VIP ride, and three hours of skiing. My child was over the height limit, so I paid 500 more to share all services. The train station is free to pick up and drop off, and the journey takes 50 minutes. Living on the mountain has relatively few dining options, but the scenery on the north slope is really invincible. It's great that Tianchi VIP doesn't have to queue for 1 hour. Xiao Zhao at the concierge is very enthusiastic, and the car booking and luggage services are very thoughtful.
