Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They were professional and always smiley whenever we got back hotel. Especially yu min 于敏 wang jing王晶, they helped with our smooth check in and check out and my many enquires. Requested for late check out for 30mins and they gave me 1 hour instead, really appreciate for that!!! We were surprised with the little gift pack from the hotel. It’s the local tea leaves and volcanos rock!! It’s something so unique and interesting as a gift! It’s one of the best hotels I would say!! Room was spacious, clean and smart. The layout and lighting of the room make our stay very comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was delivered right to our room in the morning at our specific timing. This saves us effort to make our way to the dining place for breakfast when we can enjoyed it in our room. The laundry room was definitely a huge plus for us. Totally free of charge for washing and drying clothing. The stay was so great and we decided to extend one more night. Location is near the town area. Either flag for taxi or ask the receptionist for help would be a better option. It’s very convenient to roam around the area as taxi is widely available. Overall it was an awesome and enjoyable stay.

I highly recommend the driving brother and sister. I read a lot of black car barriers on a certain book, but there is no need to worry here. The two of them provide one-stop service from head to toe, and they worry more than my mother, just afraid that I will not have a good time in Changbai Mountain. The two of them took care of the entire Changbai Mountain itinerary, and it was very fun. I will renew the appointment with Changbai Mountain in the next season next year!

The hotel is clean and hygienic. The guy at the front desk is very nice. My hat fell off twice during my stay and he kept it for me. I found it fell off again when I returned to the airport today. The guy promised to help me express it. He is super nice. The place where I live is very close to the food and entertainment attractions and Changbai Mountain Distribution Center, which is super convenient. The front desk lady also helped us upgrade to a triple room for free on the day of check-in. I made 2 reservations and stayed for a total of 5 days and 4 nights. The hotel upgraded the balcony room on the top floor for free. The view is first-class and the cleaning is very clean. The hotel is very new and the hardware is very good. The hotel is in a good location. It is only about an 8-minute drive from the Laoshanmen Passage and the ski resort in the scenic area. The hotel has VIP rights to the scenic area. As long as you make a reservation at the concierge one day in advance to enter the Beipo Scenic Area, the hotel will give you a VIP ticket and arrange a car delivery. Go to the Laoshanmen passage and enter the scenic spot with the tickets and receipts you bought. The room package I booked also includes cookies, 2 cups of coffee per day in the lobby cafe, daily tickets to the hot spring opposite the hotel, tickets to the ski resort, 200 yuan hotel 2F Korean restaurant vouchers, and high-speed rail station pick-up. The price/performance ratio is very high. The hot spring that cooperates with the hotel is just opposite the hotel and is only a 1-minute walk away, which is very convenient. If you want to go skiing or other things, you can ask the housekeeper or the lobby concierge to arrange it. If you don’t want to clean the room, the cleaning lady will leave a bag of slippers, water, toilet paper, toothbrush and other supplies at the door. The night before departure, the hotel will give the guest a bag of apples, drinks, yogurt, and a bathrobe in the wardrobe. There is a sign saying that if guests want to take away their yukata, they can tell the hotel and they will send a brand new yukata to the guest. This is very generous. The bathtub is longer and larger than a normal bathtub, making bathing comfortable. The Korean barbecue on the second floor uses charcoal, which is very good. The mutton in the self-service hot pot on the first floor is very tender and the shrimp is very fresh and sweet. You must try it. The ski resort has hotel express access. Suggestion: There is only one large towel and bathrobe hanging in the toilet. It would be better if 1-2 more can be added next to the bathtub or behind the door. It is recommended to add a layer of soundproofing cotton to the door between two rooms. If I come back next time, I will definitely book this hotel again.
