We stayed 2 nights in Crowne Plaza and it’s a wonderful experience! They assigned assistant 莹莹 and 小杜 during the stay and both of them have been very helpful and patience with all our enquiries, from travel itinerary, facilities, feedbacks and transport arrangement. They also sent us ginger tea and fruits when we ended our activities. We are carefree during this period and just enjoy ourselves in Changbaishan. The hotspring is very well maintained and pet paradise is contented as well. Will definitely visit again!

The room is clean, well-equipped and comfortable. There is also a free hot spring. Housekeeper Chen Yuanyuan is warm and smiling. I would like to give her a special compliment. Overall five-star rating! The housekeeper gives six stars.

This hot spring hotel experience was great! The room was warm and comfortable, and the fatigue disappeared instantly. The service staff was warm and thoughtful, and the food was delicious. The various hot spring pools in the public hot spring area were amazing and well-equipped. The overall atmosphere was quiet and cozy, and it was a good place to relax. I highly recommend it!

The old Chinese-style hotel 🏨includes buffet breakfast and is mainly engaged in tour group business The hotel is relatively old, has many rooms, is large in size, and the room size is larger than average. The location is very close to the northern distribution center. You can walk there. It is an advantage in Changbai Mountain where it is hard to find a car. Located at the end of the main street, it only takes about 15-20 minutes to walk back from Yunding Market. There are restaurants and kiosks downstairs, which is very convenient. Hygiene is decent. The bed is clean. The bed is very comfortable, but the hotel has a certain history. The facilities are really old. I stayed for 2 nights and the central heating could not be turned on. The service staff said that it was malfunctioning because there were too many people staying. However, the room has a heater that can be used and does not affect the accommodation experience.  The hotel comes with a buffet breakfast, but it is still the breakfast of a Chinese-style hotel. But the service staff is very good👍🏻 When breakfast is ready, the aunt will ask if you need to add breakfast. The staff at the counter helped to call a taxi I successfully called a jump-meter taxi🚕The driver was also nice But at this price, I believe there are more choices☺️

It was a great experience. The villa looks like it is built in a forest. It is very beautiful. The snowy scenery everywhere is beyond the imagination. Brother Xiaolu at the front desk is super nice👍🏻. The recommended activities are also very suitable. Everyone is very nice and very nice! ! It’s a pity that Tianchi didn’t open after staying for three days😖, but it was quite satisfying! recommend!

The hotel is very close ( 25 yuan by taxi or 15 mins) from the train station. The staff went out of their way to make my stay more pleasant: they helped me to get a nice Korean dinner and since I told her my train was at 7 am and I wouldn’t be able to take the breakfast. They prepared it for me in a bag for me to eat it at 6 when I leave to the train station. Really warm staff. At first I was placed in a room with very poor soundproof and the next door neighbor was quite loud , had a duster screaming “ mom look” all the time . So the front desk had me moved to another area of the hotel on e same floor . I had a sound sleep. Something that needs improvement is that I needed 3 pillows , the hotel could not provide extra pillows and the ones the Ed has are a bit too thin. But I would stay again!

The facilities are complete, the environment is very good, the service is very good, Sun Lin at the front desk warmly received us and prepared holiday gifts. The room is very clean, the housekeeper is very polite, there are many types of breakfast, the taste is very good, there is a hot spring bath on the underground first floor, although it is the peak tourist season, but they still let us check out late, I am really grateful, there are many tourist attractions nearby, the air is fresh, it is worth recommending, I will come again next time.

I'm afraid my experience wasn't the best. When arrived our room, the floor (carpet) was super dirty. We complained to reception and they sent a cleaning lady. She wasn't super happy to clean the floor but we waited patently. Once she finished we open the bed and saw some hairs. We called reception again. This time one of the hotel managers came to meet us. She apologized and decided to upgrade us to a nicer and bigger room for free. They still took over one hour to clean it to make sure it was in acceptable conditions. I'm not sure we were just unlucky or that is the normal standard in that hotel. In any case, the new room was good to stay and we were happy with their efforts. Breakfast is almost inexistent for foreigners and it finishes way too early: 8:30. Arriving twice at 8am, we could barely find food. Except for this location, is good (close to train station, close to hospital where you can do virus test, close to connection point to enter Changbaishan (North), close to some big green areas (pine forests) where you can have enjoyable walks in the morning or after dinner. As a conclusion, if I may give some constructive feedback to hotel manager: - please consistently and thoroughly clean your rooms when guests leave; - extended breakfast time to at least 9:30; - include more variety in the breakfast and make sure quantities are at decent level by 8:00.
