A surprisingly pleasant stay. The hotel arranged a pick-up service, and our driver was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He immediately shared tips on local must-visit spots and dining options on the nearby street, even giving a brief introduction to the unique features of Changbai Mountain. The legendary hospitality of Northeasterners was immediately evident! The hydrangeas lining the streets were absolutely gorgeous, adorning the entire block, truly brightening my mood. The front desk attendant was lovely. The absolute best part is how incredibly safe the area feels. With the Public Security Bureau, a military administrative zone, and the City Procuratorate all nearby, solo female travelers can feel completely at ease. It's also very close to the North Slope shuttle center; I just walked there. Visiting during the off-peak season this time of year allowed me to fully experience the beautiful golden autumn of Changbai Mountain in September. The weather was perfect, neither too cold nor too hot, and I got to admire the stunning beauty of Tianchi Lake.

We are 4 people from Cambodia. My family were lucky to choose to stay in this beautiful hotel resort. 1. The Room : very clean and many room style to choose like Chinese or Japanese or normal. 2. The location : is very near town just only 5mins Near Changbaishan railway station just only 5mins Close to Scenic deer park and riding floating river 3. Sevice: excellent. The boss is very caring us. He took us from station to the hotel and back to station for FREE. He help us a lot to buy Mountain ticket, booking car, and bus to Xuexiang. 4. Hotel also Free Breakfast with delicious food. The kitchen service is great. They are kind and outgoing. 😍 Thank you hotel boss for everything. We will recommend your hotel to our relatives and friends. And we will come back to see again in Changbaishan. 🙏

It's an executive suite. The room was very clean and quite spacious, with two separate bathrooms and a terrace offering views of the entrance to the wetland flower fields across the way. It's conveniently located not far from the Edelweiss Elk Garden and the Changbai Mountain North Slope Tourist Distribution Center. The Yunding Market is also about 500 meters away and gets very lively in the evenings 🌃. Luckily, on the day we visited the North Slope, the weather was clear and beautiful, allowing us to see the full panoramic view of Heavenly Lake from the North Slope. I recommend taking Route B first, as it offers the most comprehensive view of Heavenly Lake from the North Slope. The stairs are significantly fewer, making it ideal for younger people and seniors who prefer not to walk too much 🥳. Route A is truly only for those with good physical stamina; it's all stairs, the views of Heavenly Lake are quite mediocre and you can barely see the whole thing, plus it gets extremely crowded, and you'll have to wait ages just to get a photo 😅. (PS: For summer trips to Changbai Mountain, make sure you have full sun protection: sunscreen, a wide-brimmed sun hat, and a sun-protective jacket or windbreaker. As a tourist from the south, I got lazy and didn't wear my hat for photos, and now I'm recovering from a bad sunburn...😢)

This hotel is amazing!! Regina Hotel shares its pool, hot springs, and breakfast with the neighboring Pureland Hotel, so you can stay in a room and enjoy the wonderful hot springs at a relatively reasonable price!! The hot springs close at 11 PM, so you can enjoy a dip after visiting the North Pavilion. 🫠👍 Regina's rooms are also in excellent condition, making them a great choice for a trip to Baekdu Mountain's North Pavilion!

Excellent location, with the central hub, Genting Market, Edelweiss, and Wetland Park all within walking distance. The room was incredibly spacious and, to our surprise, it was a duplex! Upstairs, there's a loft with a king-size bed and another bathroom, which is extremely convenient, essentially offering three beds and two bathrooms. The laundry room had several washing machines and dryers. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, providing excellent service! They also offer a pick-up service, and the driver was excellent!

This hotel was absolutely fantastic! The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly hospitable. The rooms were immaculate and well-kept. The breakfast was lavish and offered a great variety. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful; they even provided complimentary afternoon tea at reception. And upon check-out, we were given a lovely parting gift. An absolutely wonderful experience! I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit to Changbai Mountain.

I was really surprised by this stay! The hotel is impeccable from hardware to service, and I must praise it~ I would like to especially thank the front desk service guy Fuguier! He took us to see three different room types patiently, and explained them in detail with a smile on his face throughout the whole process, without any impatience. Finally, according to our needs, he recommended a super satisfactory view room. The room is spacious and bright, the smart home + simple decoration is particularly textured, and the bedding is extremely comfortable! Breakfast must be praised! It’s so happy to be able to eat such a rich buffet at the foot of Changbai Mountain~The freshly cooked noodles are warm and healthy, and there are all kinds of Northeast specialties, bread and desserts. The laundry service is also very considerate. The laundry is sent back in the evening on the same day, and the clothes still have a fresh fragrance~ All the staff are as enthusiastic as old friends. They will take the initiative to ask about their needs when they meet in the elevator. The front desk lady also hand-painted a map of the surrounding food. It takes only 10 minutes to drive from the entrance of the scenic area, and the taxi is just the starting price for delicious restaurants. If you like sports, you can walk one kilometer to get there. After playing, return to the room and recover instantly! This experience is really rare, and I highly recommend it to all travelers! PS: You can’t go wrong asking Brother Fuguier to arrange the room~

Our stay at Changbaishan Huazhu Hotel was a delightful surprise! Traveling during the off-season offered fantastic value for money, and our whole family even received a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel boasts a 'light luxury' design, offering a perfect balance of sophistication and warmth. Both the older and younger members of our family absolutely adored it! The breakfast was a highlight for me – it was exquisite and catered to all tastes. Every member of our family, from young to old, found something they loved. What was most convenient was that the Enduli performance venue was just a short walk away in the evening. The show perfectly blends folk culture with stunning visual and auditory effects. The adults enjoyed the lively spectacle, while the kids were fascinated by the new experience – our whole family had an absolutely wonderful time! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a family trip to Changbaishan, especially during the off-season. With fewer crowds, the experience is even better, and both the service and environment are truly top-notch!

My experience at Huazhu Guesthouse this time was fantastic! The complimentary shuttle service from Changbaishan High-Speed Rail Station was a huge plus: a mini-bus picked us up directly outside the station for free, and the driver was kind enough to help with our luggage. The lovely lady at the front desk even upgraded our room to a courtyard room free of charge! It featured a spacious private yard, perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea. Our room was well-equipped, clean, and tidy, complete with a Dyson hairdryer. The shower also had excellent hot water pressure. The hotel service was very thoughtful; we even received fresh welcome fruit upon check-in. The highlight for me was that staying at the hotel upgraded us to Changbaishan VIP status. This allowed us to enter the scenic area earlier and bypass all the queues, saving us a significant amount of time. Overall, I will definitely choose Huazhu She again on my next visit to Changbaishan! 😍

The hotel is very close to the Changbai Mountain North Slope Tourist Center. There's a food court just a short distance away, with lots of delicious food. The hotel also provides free pick-up. The water in the Scaly Merganser Park is crystal clear, making it a great place to digest food after a meal. You can buy large steamed buns to feed the ducks. The room was clean and tidy, and the sun was shining brightly. I'll definitely come again next time.
