Patience We are totally clueless that 长白山 doesnt have over the counter ticketing office till we about to step foot into 长白山. So for few days we were frantically trying to figure out how to buy the tickets online. Luckily, the 管家team patiently, with our broken chinese, guide us to getting the tickets. Responsive The team doesnt seem to be sleeping. Over the past few days, from pre check- in to post check-in, i have been sending messages/enquiries at different timing outside of working hours (11pm, 12 +am, 5am, 7am), and surprisingly they managed to timely answer them. The winter in Changbai Mountain is so cold. After rafting, we went to Edelweiss and Merganser Park for a walk, but the wind was very strong and we were frozen. During the three days in Changbai Mountain, Tianchi was not open due to the weather, so we did not go to Changbai Mountain Scenic Area. It was a pity. If I come to Changbai Mountain again in the future, I will stay at Lanting Hotel again. We were upgraded to a parent-child room. The room is large and well decorated. There is a bathtub for bathing. The hotel also has free hot springs and a children's toilet stand. It is good for traveling with children. The breakfast is relatively simple. There is free pick-up at the station.
