I had the most wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Changbaishan! The room was exceptionally spacious and impeccably clean, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The staff were incredibly considerate and attentive, always ensuring that every need was met promptly. A special thank you to 邹明 and 小张 for going above and beyond to make our stay even more memorable. Although tickets to Changbaishan were sold out they we’re able to secure some in arrangements to great experience going above and beyond  The hot springs were absolutely amazing—so relaxing and rejuvenating. We also indulged in the massages, which were top-notch and truly relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options that catered to every taste. Overall, the service, amenities, and atmosphere made this an unforgettable experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! It is very close to rafting and the North Slope Distribution Center.

The room was quite good and warm. There are outdoor hot springs and indoor ones. But the management is not good. Someone actually smoked in the indoor hot springs and I stopped them. I didn't go to breakfast and didn't get up. The room layout is quite good. The room service I ordered tasted good and the service was also good. The pot-fried pork and roast duck were very good. The stone pot bibimbap was very fragrant. They also gave me ginseng soap, which was very good. Wash your face and body.

The standard room I booked for a trip to Changbai Mountain is located in the Erdaobaihe factory area. It is about 4 kilometers to the north slope of Changbai Mountain, and you can get there by taxi for 14 yuan. Hotels here are more expensive during the peak tourist season. Most 3-star chain hotels in the same period cost between 500-700 yuan. I booked a special room for 380 yuan, which originally did not include breakfast. However, the hotel manager was very enthusiastic and gave me breakfast and hot spring bath, as well as ginseng soap as a souvenir. The room is very warm and large, and there is hair on the bottle of hand soap in the bathroom. It may not be suitable for guests with high hygiene requirements, because the bathroom hygiene is average, and the bedding is hygienic and comfortable. I didn't eat the breakfast and didn't comment on it. The hot spring bath is very unique. In the cold winter of minus 20 degrees, the outdoor hot spring is a very special experience. Overall, it is very cost-effective and the experience is very special.

The area around the hotel is relatively quiet and the air is good. There are parking lots on both sides for easy parking. There is a restaurant on the first floor where you can order food, but the food requirements should not be too high. The room is oversized mainly because the bathroom is large and hygienic. The Ctrip page stated that the hotel has a laundry room. I called the front desk to ask where the laundry room was, and was confidently told that the hotel did not have a laundry room. Is this blatant fraud? Ctrip doesn’t care? There were a lot of group guests in the hotel. Before 6:30, the restaurant was occupied by the group guests. There were no seats until 7 o'clock, but there was very little food, not even an egg.

The hotel manager ”Micheng” is very good! He arranged the driver, tickets, and itinerary! He also upgraded us to a king-size room for free because we had a lot of luggage! He also came to help us when our luggage was broken hahaha! The room is clean and has everything you need! In addition to a washing machine and a refrigerator

The hotel environment is very good and clean. The front desk service is very good and responsive. Any help you need can be answered quickly. The hotel is in a good location. There is a forest outside the window and the air is clear.

The fact that the hotel has a high-speed rail station pick-up service has saved a lot of trouble for the whole journey. Although I booked another hotel in advance the next day, I was somewhat shocked when I got out of the car and saw the longevity shop opposite the hotel. I I admit that I am more concerned about this matter. The room that the front desk arranged for us at the beginning was directly facing. The terrace of the room on the second floor cannot go out and it seems that it has not been renovated. And then the front desk staff took the trouble to change our room . So I am very grateful for the service at the front desk. The old rich man's iron pot near the hotel is delicious!

Very reasonably priced hotel with a good location, within walking distance of the main parts of town (approx 10mins). The owners and staff were very helpful. I recommend booking the forest trip directly with them at the lobby. The owners also have a farmhouse in the forest, and the trip is truly worth it. They guide you through the forest, teaching survival skills like starting a fire. Afterward, they serve a delicious lunch cooked on a hot stove. We also tried ice fishing, where we made our own hole in the ice. There are plenty of other activities to enjoy as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Changbaishan!

The hotel is very considerate. They will call one day in advance to ask if you need a free pick-up. The pick-up driver is very enthusiastic and will take the initiative to help carry the luggage. The check-in lady is also very enthusiastic. Every time you go in and out, she will smile at you. Say ”I'm back, what did you eat?” Just like a friend. The room aunt is also very enthusiastic. When she sees you in the morning, she will ask if you need the room cleaned? She will refill your water and toothbrush. Every staff member of the hotel is very enthusiastic. It gives me a great feeling. I will stay here next time with my parents.
