酒店環境很很好，可以打卡拍照，房間比較新，設施齊全。早餐有當地特色的食物。酒店前台小姐姐和司機大哥很熱情，服務周到。

環境好，空氣特好，外出不方便，大門口外就是原始森林，吃飯衹能在酒店，超貴而且還巨慢，服了。温泉是外面合作的其他單位，得開車過去。

房間不大，你要説單純這個價位這個房間，這個服務，酒店設施啥的，肯定是不值得的。早飯也非常一般。可能它的價格都在温泉和VIP通道上了。唯一讓我覺得，我訂的這個酒店很值得，那就是直通上天池的小巴了，特別是看到其他人還在集散中心和中轉中心排隊的時候。所以要看你想要什麼了。

本來想訂藍景酒店，但是沒有房了，無意間看到這個酒店，就訂得這個，帶着雙方父母，一共訂了3間房，來到以後發現這個酒店處處給我驚喜啊，先是環境就不多説了，看圖片就行，主要是他們家服務，從接送站司機到前台，真是面面俱到，他們家有直接接送服務，當時我忘記帶出入票證了，真是着急毀了，聯繫酒店立馬幫我們解決了這個問題，一點沒耽誤我們出玩時間，當時特別感動！我們也看到了天池，很開心的一段旅程！

真的太離譜了，攜程v7下午兩點退房。早上八點要求我必須退房，非讓我立馬收拾東西。吵吵鬧鬧的説滿房了不退不行。趕緊讓我走，趕緊退房，趕緊寄存。
下午提前回來了，房子被迫退了就算了。説去鎮上吃飯，沒車送，讓等兩三個鐘頭等四點再走。要不就問高鐵幾點。我説七點高鐵，前台説那你早着呢，你就觀岳吃點等着唄。我們問那這半天兒我們衹能在酒店這麼坐着等着是麼？人家前台説對啊，還可不是麼，你衹能等着（那個笑啊嘲笑的的不行）
你酒店敢收希爾頓的價格服務怎麼不跟人家一樣。
評價找人刷的吧。什麼在房間一會看見天池了一會看見美好夜景了。扯麼這不。什麼也沒有。天池什麼海拔做夢呢吧。錢沒少花生一肚子氣。
八點到酒店説沒飯了，你方圓幾裏找不到賣飯的。人家希爾頓就有餐。同樣房價一千多真服了。同步大眾。觀岳酒店買賣做大了不愁錢是麼，隨便轟。

環境很好，適合照相。酒店的經理人不錯，及時幫忙解決問題。入住酒店送的vip 去長白山很方便，省去了很多時間。很幸運，雖然上山時下着雨，再山頂看到了天池。
