入住房間還不錯，頂樓可以觀景眺望，可以打卡拍照。早餐也屬正常範圍，沒有很特別。周圍可以遛彎，吃飯方便。

房間非常非常乾淨，前台小姐姐人美心善很熱情，早餐的鮮玉米麪條超級好吃，長白山天地酒店十分nice，明年我們再約喔（´๑•ω•๑`）

房間較大，但是窗簾較臟。其它還可以。離集散中心較近。

服務差，院長雜草叢生，衞生巾漏雨，酒店裝修味道刺鼻，半夜睡覺得把窗户露出來。
帶孩子去的，三間房安排到酒店兩端，跟孩子隔的非常遠，帶院子的房間，給換了一間大床房，結果價格一樣，房間降級，價格不降，安排一點不人性化。
地毯掉毛厲害，滿地都是。

很便捷很好。距離遊客集散中心很近，下山也很方便。樓頂的觀景台也很方便。高鐵接站服務也很好，就是酒店的衞生需要再注意一下，我們來的時候洗手枱沒有打掃乾淨
