No hot water to shower, ask reception and was told to let the water to run for long time, how wasteful but still no hot water, very rude receptionist, looking at her mobile when answering, more interested in her own mobile than customer service

Toilet and shower room door do not close properly. Shower floor level does not allow water to flow out.

The service was really good. Special kudos to the 管家小姐姐 and 小韩师傅. Service was top notch and you can really feel warmth as if going home.

The hotel is located in the centre of town, within walking distance to lots of amazing restaurants, the family room is also quite spacious so definitely a great place to stay for families with young kids. The only downside is that there isn’t any hot spring within the hotel
