衞生條件堪憂，房間連瓶裝水都沒有，中央空調，總機是關的很冷。很冷。早餐別吃了，真的很涼很敷衍。他們家，還是不要住了。一堆旅行團，怪不得服務賊差，要點衞生紙，前台那比表情，來個沒有！那表情就像被抄家了一樣拉拉個老臉！別住別住了！很臟，浴巾有不明毛髮

去長白山旅遊臨時訂的酒店 價格虛高與配套設施服務不匹配 衞生條件特產差 床品非常不乾淨 全是頭髮毛絮真噁心🤢 前台服務人員面無表情 早餐不好 要不是玩了一天太累了懶得折騰 根本不會入住的 評分低是有原因的 大家一定要擦亮眼睛

體驗很差，沒有供暖，空調不給用，解決方式是要不挺着要不加床被，反正空調和地暖不能給你開，後期投訴才給開一組地暖，地還是很冰很冰！
