整體還是不錯的，提供接站服務。離火車站很近。周圍還有幾家酒店和餐廳。
酒店本身沒有，餐廳大堂不大。本來挺高興的，結果孩子在屋裡麪打鬧的時候，不小心磕破了腦袋，前台小姐姐幫我們做了簡單處理。人很好。價格性價比很高哦。
優優，我當時衹訂了一個晚上，第2天所有房間都爆滿，所以我們沒有辦法原房續住，衹能搬家了。

這家旅行居住，忍不住要誇兩句。1.酒店乾淨，窗簾遮光好，睡眠很好。2.最關鍵的是服務，因為服務對這樣的精品酒店要求就沒啥了，乾淨睡得好，夠了。服務不僅有接機，管家還幫規劃行程。本來過來是臨行前一天決定的，沒做攻略，跟團擔心累。第一天到達，管家直接接站，然後開車送到恩都裏那裡有煙花，然後還關照吃飯可以去雲頂市集，因為恩都裏小貴。第二天從他們家買了森林峽谷漂流，40分鐘不湍急，但是很愜意，漂流最開心一次，不熱。他家買票便宜，然後車接車送，雖然打車便宜，但是有時不一定打着。中午送去吃飯，然後下午給推薦天空之鏡或者玩越野摩託或者徒步溯溪挖人生，車接車送，雖然付費也省心。管家幫行李直接送到第二家酒店，因為第二晚定了另外一家。這個服務體驗真心不錯。第一晚二道白河鎮看煙花，買特產吃晚飯，第二天玩漂流和挖人蔘加溯溪徒步馬車。第三天跟團玩了天池，天公給力，臨晨看天氣預報還是陰天和下雨，5點打開窗簾艷陽高照，一天VIP通道玩天池。真是完美的長白山之行

酒店位置還可以，長白山高鐵站接送熱情，服務很好，店內韓服換裝體驗有意思，正好在榻榻米房間拍攝很有感覺。

位置距北坡稍遠，
設施：衣服架緊挨牆上，應該想想自己家晾衣服是這樣的嗎？洗澡比較緊張，三個人回來要等好久才能輪洗完，間隔要20分鐘以上才敢，燒水的。
衞生：進來就從枕頭裡爬出個蟲子，孩子嚇得直叫，我也不知道是啥，正好老闆經過説是普通蟲子，換了個。
環境：窗户對面是個亂七八糟空場，大車很晚都在工作，不敢開窗，又吵又全是揚塵。樓板隔音差，第一晚樓上從10點開始花花放水，11點還在繼續，至於幾點睡着的不知道了。第二天跟前台反應了，晚上十點繼續，給老闆發了錄音，也沒有實質性改變，再忍一晚就走了。
服務：老闆很熱情，幫接送站，去哪裡玩也都耐心介紹，儘量提供了送接，很省心。
