設施：設施齊全，房間大，就是淋浴間的頂噴水有點小哦
衞生：乾淨，及時打掃
環境：在北山山門前，周邊就兩個酒店，酒店聚龍温泉很舒服，酒店每天有去長白山的車，很方便。唯一不太方便就是吃飯，離二道白河鎮有20多公里，酒店可以幫忙叫車，一次好像是80，最後決定還是租車方便點，但是一來一回也要一個小時。
服務：服務非常好！管家小任，瑩瑩，小高，小楊非常熱情，主動詢問行程。剛好我老公生日還免費送了蛋糕。入住有歡迎水果，退房的時候還準備了水果和蛋糕給我們路上吃。
温泉真的特別舒服，長白山的聚龍温泉，雖然淡季泡池沒開完，也有二十多個泡池，還可以按摩，搓澡。

服務還不錯，環境也可以，主要泡温泉真的方便！酒店內有兩個餐廳，中餐西餐都能滿足，我是和我母親大人一起住了3天，管家莊女士和小高都非常熱情體貼，旅遊路線安排啥的都能給到很合適的建議，總體來説，是滿意的。

錯峯出行淡季來長白山旅遊入住皇冠假日酒店，受到了姜姜和小杜無微不至的照顧。從入住前就主動打電話詢問行程並作出對應安排，為我們提供各種温馨提示，非常貼心周到。還為我們更改因滑雪場關閉享受不到的滑雪權益，北坡的行程也在酒店的幫助下變得輕鬆自如，雖然天池沒有開放，但是北景區開了，温泉煮蛋嫩嫩的，管家回來的時候還為我們準備了熱飲，服務真的非常好非常貼心，感覺在皇冠做公主了👑
Btw酒店內的温泉也非常不錯，根本不需要出門就享受到長白山的真温泉，純天然據説裏面有硫磺等豐富的礦物質，泡完身上滑滑的，太享受了！！

因為遇到景區關閉，所以沒有享受到上山的vip服務，服務人員素質都很高也很靈活，管家服務也很周到，希望下次有機會再帶家人來。
彩豐樓的菜值得一試，早餐也不錯，但品種不算多，室外温泉尚可，要注意不要被出水口燙到了。
