酒店户外很漂亮，風景值得一看。衞生差強人意，因為孩子發燒，陪孩子在房間休息，目睹了客服人員不到十分鐘做完了套房的衞生，效果可想而知，衹能安慰自己是為了不打擾孩子休息速戰速決吧。中餐廳菜品味道不錯，但是孩子吃不了辣，能吃的不多

硬件老化，為了雪人軍團過來的但是沒有想象中震撼，冰屋有點意思，公區湯泉感覺不衞生不敢泡，私湯温泉太貴了。
早餐非常好吃，自製的人蔘胡蘿蔔汁小朋友非常喜歡。居酒屋不好吃，還貴，上菜巨慢，可能人少的時候會好點。
前台服務人員很好，熱情周到~
