設施：整個二樓洗衣房和多功能區不讓去，虛假宣傳。問就説洗衣機壞了。你品，洗衣機壞了不能修嗎，至於把整一層的電梯都給停了。
環境：新開的店，特別重的甲醛味，來了就擔心自己健康的程度。
衞生：很乾凈
服務：
説有長白山高鐵站接站服務，實際上衹能接站，送站要收30元（打車衹要不到15）。在我發截圖堅持説有送站服務之後，還説沒有。
補充：會要求加微信交300元按金，簡直是震驚。退房之後會跟你聯繫寫好評，返20元現。我沒寫，不知道實際上返不返。

位置：位於鎮上的主街中，周邊餐飲、購物及交通十分便利，距離北坡景區遊客中心及入口也很近
服務：除了免費的接站服務，工作人員非常熱情周到，不僅升級了房間，也滿足了延退的願望，真的要點贊👍
環境/衞生：裝修風格時尚簡約，設計感十足（拍了一些圖、見附圖），房間乾淨整潔

房間設施都很新，擺設也用心，小姐姐還幫忙升級了房間，很贊！美中不足的是當天晚上樓下客人太吵了，非常影響睡眠（另外，感謝小怡美女幫忙寄回了落在酒店的戒指💍，已經收到啦！）

這次入住的家庭房真的太適合帶娃出行了！房間空間寬敞，一張大床加一張小床剛好住下我們一家三口。
衞生間乾濕分離，熱水充足，洗漱不用排隊。
位置也很方便，周邊吃飯、逛景點都近，前台服務熱情，有問必答，還幫我們推薦了適合帶娃去的地方。下次家庭出遊還選這裏，性價比超高！
