Hotel is outside of town, no shops or any other facilities around. For meals, need to grab a taxi to town for food.

Good location in up and coming new development suburb, away from the city crowd. Public bus#2 ply outside hotel is a plus factor. Walking distance to the numerous food outlets ( especially Korean). Hotel travel desk staff helpful in mountain trip bookings. Hot breakfast food is palatable. Must try the package of Hot Spring pool after the mountain day exploration. Spacious room/apartment and support staff from counter to butler service is commendable.

Facilities: The facilities are very new. Cleanliness: Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Service: The front desk staff, especially Ms. I, was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic. She even offered a small gift when we brought up a few concerns. Location: The surrounding area is a bit secluded and not in the city center. It's also a bit of a distance from Genting Market, but considering the price, the value for money is already excellent. The room itself was exceptionally spacious – truly a big plus!

I stayed at Changbaishan Guoxin Four Seasons Hot Spring Resort and had a restful experience. The hotel is located in a peaceful area surrounded by nature, ideal for travelers looking to unwind. Do note that it’s not in the city center, getting to town takes a few minutes by car so plan ahead if you need to go out for meals or supplies. The rooms were clean, spacious, and warm perfect after a long day outdoors. The hot spring facilities are definitely the highlight. Important tip: Bring your own swimwear (swimming costume)

This hotel deserves praise! The room was warmly decorated, spacious, and the bedding was comfortable. The appliances in the whole house were all controlled by smart devices. The breakfast was very rich and delicious. The hotel also has hot springs, which were very refreshing after visiting Changbai Mountain.
