原計劃住3晚的，4號入住後立馬選擇退房。
原因：我入住的房間號210無暖氣、空調沒用、淋浴房水温差不多30多度的樣子，很冷很冷。
床單也不乾淨，
我們一共開了3個房間、看圖片聊天記錄

1、缺點：浴巾毛巾有點臟了，浴巾上還有頭髮絲
2、優點：暖氣挺足
吹風機可能有防爆設定，第一天還好，第二天開始用一會有點燙了會自動停下，要等冷卻再繼續使用；
建議：白天在外遊玩，晚上回去發現房間有打掃過，建議未退房情況下 設定經住客同意再進行打掃，並且將消耗物品進行補足，例如紙巾…

這次一家三口去北坡第二天高鐵去哈爾濱，選了這家艾扉酒店很失望。酒店的衞生比較差，床單和被套上面都有很多黑色的毛絮和頭髮，打電話讓前台換，他們解釋是洗衣店沒有洗乾淨，這麼多頭髮沒有洗乾淨，我表示很懷疑。晚上到酒店，酒店推薦的邊上的那家燒烤店仙羅烤肉，不要去吃，又貴量又少。第二天一早我們6點多去霧凇漂流，回到酒店9點10分左右，然後酒店的早飯是7點到9點，酒店就和我們説沒有早飯了，很多人都會一早去霧凇漂流酒店這麼設定早飯時間是故意的吧？房間裏面沒有茶包咖啡。就是啥啥都沒有，完全不值522一晚的酒店。
