房間很乾凈，我住的房間離前台近，隔音不太好，其他方面都很棒，飯菜味道很好，客服服務也很熱情。去天池走了vip通道，減少了排隊時間，已經推薦給朋友了！

雖然衹是民宿，但是很乾凈，服務很周到，也享受了天池VIP通道，不錯，而且鍋包肉很好吃，哈哈😃孩子説下次還想來，還想住在半山温泉酒店

No hotel rooms are facing mountain, only when u climbing up to 3rd level then you are able to see the mountain from far . Quite misleading as the description stated : mountain view .
Only one hot spring is under operational condition & the size is quite small and indoor. Moreover the operating hours only from 2pm to 10pm. Not really enjoy.

酒店在老山門附近，住店遊覽天池有VIP通道，避免了上山排隊。老闆很熱情，早餐晚餐都不錯，晚上酒店很安靜，還有天台可以看日出日落。

服務特別好，送了vip車票到天池，離天池很近，目前在修室外温泉應該快好了，他們家是山上真温泉引下來的。
服務人員有以前林場的，孩子去原始森林徒步被蜱蟲鑽了，幫忙用鑷子取出來了，還給看了活着完整的蟲子，一直笑着安慰孩子，孩子很快安心了
