The experience was extremely bad. There was no water in the room and the toilet was unusable. I spent more than 600 yuan to use the public toilet. The phone number I left on Ctrip was not answered. I couldn't contact them at all if there was any problem. I called from 9 am and no one answered. After communicating with the official website about the pick-up, they actually said that I booked late and needed to be delivered first and booked first. I couldn't get in the phone number you left, so how could I book? It was a paradox. I arrived at the hotel at around 2 o'clock. The front desk staff said that the water would be on time at 4 o'clock, so I didn't take it to heart. Anyway, I would use water when I came back at night, so I checked in. I came back at around 5 o'clock and they said that the water would come at 6 o'clock; I came back at 10 o'clock and still didn't have water. They said that the water would come at 11 o'clock in the evening, and then there was no water. When we entered the front desk, a new resident checked in, and the front desk said that the room rate could be halved; after we heard it, we also asked for a halving of the room rate, and the front desk denied the handling just now, and the theory was fruitless. As a result, in the summer, customers cannot use the restroom, wash clothes, wash, bathe, drink water, and other water-using activities in the hotel. The hotel has no emergency measures and has always promised the wrong water supply time, which makes it impossible for customers to make a choice. There is no honesty. The previous second promised to halve the room rate for customers who have not checked in, and the next second denied the fact of the discount to customers who have already checked in. Please verify this matter with Ctrip as a third party. Give justice. The time for other customers to check in was around 22:14, and the lobby surveillance can be retrieved to confirm the incident. I don’t want much compensation, I just hope to be treated the same as other customers. As an old customer of Ctrip, I have always believed in Ctrip’s handling and communication capabilities. I rarely bother the official to handle things. This time I really feel that I have lost; I have lost in convenience, price, and fair treatment. Please give justice to Ctrip.

Book a parent-child room, one bedroom and one living room, a double bed and a tatami. The room was very clean and tidy, and the room was large. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm. The room is fully equipped and clean. This hotel is a 30-minute drive from the northern slope of Changbai Mountain. It is very convenient and there are soup, rice and breakfast shops around it, all of which taste good. Next time I go to Changbai Mountain, I will choose Guoxin Qingsong 👍
