房間的床很舒服，温泉池很多，還有小童戲水池，小朋友玩得很爽。酒店整體服務也很好

酒店位置好下高速沒多遠就到了，大堂很氣派。由於是晚上十點半才到的酒店，工作人員還特意打電話提醒。房間乾淨，床睡的也很舒服，設施還挺新的。酒店温泉不錯，五層是露天的晚上八點以後人會多。離長白山景區大約有30多公里。周邊很方便吃的喝的都有，酒店對面還有個公園，沒事可以去遛遛。早餐品種可以，質量還行。

首先暑期旺季1600+的價格可以接受，但入住後體驗感連快捷都不如是不能接受的。入住時沒有任何人員做基本的設施介紹和餐食服務介紹。接下來就是感受了一下重頭戲温泉，畢竟是温泉酒店，房價包含兩大，小的需要單獨買門票也無所謂，室外温泉温度甚至體感會覺得稍涼，室內人很少感受度可以。
接下來想洗個澡，問服務人員有沒有卸粧油洗面奶，她説衹有最基本的洗髮水浴液！？這是2025年了吧，真是讓人不可置信。那就不洗了，拿手牌去結賬，和孩子全身濕漉漉吹着空調冷風，前台説機器死機了，我們就又凍得發抖等待了三分鐘，鞋子又取不出來，繼續等…人工方式找到鞋後，又出不去閘機，繼續等，像個猴子一樣等，過程中幾個服務人員溝通，大聲喊叫指着我們説：就內男的、內女的，要出去。引得酒店大堂人員側目，好不容易刷出去後回房間洗澡吧。晚上十點半後，房屋隔音極差，樓道大人小孩大喊大叫無法休息，都要自己出去和人交涉….
真心的，作為高端度假酒店,這樣的軟硬件根本無法匹配！這樣的體驗也不想有第二次，長白山，再也不來

貴，全服務五星酒店的價格，房間還可以，但是服務可以説完全不及預期，和沒有服務沒什麼兩樣。這個價格如果不是非要住到二道白河鎮上的話完全沒必要來，不如去皇冠假日，皇冠好歹是真温泉。

對面就是美人松公園，夕陽還是挺美的。房間面積也足夠，趕着旅遊旺季性價比一般吧。坐電梯碰上故障人被關在裏面大概一分鐘左右，按了警鈴沒什麼反應，萬幸電梯門自己開了。因為當天要去上天池，眼看時間差不多了，坐電梯上樓是為了給孩子拿衣服，服務人員瞭解到情況後，也沒能第一時間給出解決方案。總之還有提升空間吧。

酒店環境不錯前台態度也很好，吃飯酒店味道也是很不錯，温泉風景，風景很漂亮！唯一不好的就是早晨居然不能泡温泉，要下午2點以後才能泡，2點以後我們都退房離開了！這點希望改進，太不安逸了
