This is my 1 st time in China and Changbaishan. I make correct decision to choose this hotel not just global brand facilities of hotel are all goods but all stuff have good service mind for foreigner not just only chinese's client. thank You Clever Chen and GSM staff to handle me with the good moment in Changbaishan not even service in their hotel ( hot spring, very nice, cute pet for kids) but to help booking ticket/ find lost mobile phone. i would like to suggest if you do not sure international hotel choice for foreigner....Crowne Plaza Changbaishan is good choice.

Although the facilities are a bit old, it is a long-established restaurant. Overall, it is still good. The breakfast is also delicious. The hotel also provides pick-up and drop-off services at the high-speed rail station. The pick-up driver is named Zhao. He is very nice. He also sent us to Changbai Mountain and picked us up back. I am really grateful! I wanted the driver to recommend some delicious food here, but the driver said he would take us to eat. Hahaha, he is really enthusiastic! The experience is very good. I also saw the beautiful Tianchi today. I will stay here next time! Service: Good

The hotel room is clean and tidy without any peculiar smell. The check-in experience is very good, the service is also great, the price is affordable, the hot springs here are good, I recommend everyone to experience it, it is also close to the mountain gate of the scenic area, a good hotel for travel.

The location of the hotel is very good. It takes five minutes by taxi to the tourist center. Outside the hotel is the town street, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The front desk service is enthusiastic, and the travel guide and taxi calling are very considerate.

In the small town of Erdaobaihe, it is only about ten minutes' drive from Changbaishan Railway Station. The hotel mainly caters to tourist groups. It has its own parking lot and the lobby on the first floor is quite bright. However, the room facilities are relatively old, so it is not that demanding to have a rest. The hotel also has its own indoor hot spring, which is usually given to hotel guests as a gift, but I feel that the hygiene of the bathing and showering environment needs to be improved. In addition, there are various Northeastern souvenir shops next to the hotel. You can mail them back after buying them. The most difficult thing to describe was the breakfast. There was no Western pastries, but a lot of hot stir-fried vegetables. Anyway, I am not in the habit of eating stir-fried vegetables in the morning, so I just had a bowl of millet porridge and eggs. Goodbye, Erdao Baihe!

I'm afraid my experience wasn't the best. When arrived our room, the floor (carpet) was super dirty. We complained to reception and they sent a cleaning lady. She wasn't super happy to clean the floor but we waited patently. Once she finished we open the bed and saw some hairs. We called reception again. This time one of the hotel managers came to meet us. She apologized and decided to upgrade us to a nicer and bigger room for free. They still took over one hour to clean it to make sure it was in acceptable conditions. I'm not sure we were just unlucky or that is the normal standard in that hotel. In any case, the new room was good to stay and we were happy with their efforts. Breakfast is almost inexistent for foreigners and it finishes way too early: 8:30. Arriving twice at 8am, we could barely find food. Except for this location, is good (close to train station, close to hospital where you can do virus test, close to connection point to enter Changbaishan (North), close to some big green areas (pine forests) where you can have enjoyable walks in the morning or after dinner. As a conclusion, if I may give some constructive feedback to hotel manager: - please consistently and thoroughly clean your rooms when guests leave; - extended breakfast time to at least 9:30; - include more variety in the breakfast and make sure quantities are at decent level by 8:00.

The hotel environment is very good and clean. The front desk service is very good and responsive. Any help you need can be answered quickly. The hotel is in a good location. There is a forest outside the window and the air is clear.

I think staying in this hotel is a very good choice. It is a veritable high-end hotel with two three-hour ski tickets and a matching pick-up service. When we exceeded the time to send us back to the hotel, the driver, Mr. Cheng Mingshan, was still waiting at the ski resort to take us back to the hotel, saving us time and money. Mr. Li, the lobby manager, is very concerned. We still make an intimate reservation for us when we don't have a reservation to go to Changbai Mountain Station, and pay attention to the proper arrangement of our itinerary. If I have a chance to come to Changbai Mountain next time, I believe I will still choose Blue View Hotel.

The windows in the room are not normal size or position. The hotel is in a small road and there are no street lights at night. There is a hot spring in the hotel. When I went there at night, the service staff specially raised the water temperature, which made it very comfortable to soak in.

If I were asked to choose a summer resort, I would definitely choose Changbai Mountain. If I were asked to choose the best resort environment in Changbai Mountain, it would definitely be Zhihe Resort Hotel. If you ask me why I chose Zhihe, the environment is beautiful and the privacy is good. The hotel is built on the Erdaobai River. Whether you are dining or drinking coffee in front of the window, you can hear the sound of gurgling water. You can feel yourself being stewed in an iron pot by the Erdaobai River. More importantly, the technicians at Zhihe Song SPA are skilled and accurate. After coming down from Changbai Mountain, having a massage is quite worthy of yourself. The boss is from Beijing and has specially prepared salt beds and water beds. You can experience them after a day of play and relieve the fatigue of the day. The service at Zhihe, a boss hotel, is quite good. As soon as you enter the hotel gate, there are waiters to help you take your luggage and send it to the door of the room. Check-in is also very convenient. Special thanks to Manager Xu Peng for giving my daughter a seal book of Tomb Raiders after we checked out. When I heard that the guest had a high heart rate and was afraid of heights in Changbai Mountain, I specifically told the driver who came to pick us up for the tour.
