Spa Facilities: Widely praised by users as relaxing, well-maintained, and offering unique treatments like clay rituals and botanical baths. The spa atmosphere, pools, jacuzzis, and amenities such as heated loungers and waterbeds were standout features.

Wonderful experience, I would highly recommend The Rabbit Hotel, from the moment we arrived the staff were fantastic delivering excellent service levels in professional manner. The hotel and its facilities are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. We ate in the restaurant for our evening meal our food and the service we received was excellent. We will definitely be back. We were a party of four, two adult couples which I think this hotel is made for.

Let me start out by saying myself and my wife had an amazing stay at the rabbit, throughly enjoyed it and will definitely return. Only a few minor things that could have been better and I post this constructively and not to complain but just to bring to managements attention so il go through the stay giving positives and negatives. 1, spa. The spa was very enjoyable, everything was well maintained and the hot tubs ect were are great temperature. It was a little busy when we were there but nothing that would spoil your relaxation. Now the main issue i had whilst here occurred during my time in the spa, the QR codes that they have so you could order drinks wasn't working, I asked at reception and there wasn't anything they could do to fix it. It was a bit of a rainy day when we visited and to have to get out of a nice warm hot tub to stand at a bar for 5-10 mins when its pretty cold isn't ideal and when its one of the main selling points of the spa I would expect better, especially when you are talking about a high end establishment. Also there were times I went to the bar and there was no bar staff, so a lot of standing about. 1st world problems, I know and I normally wouldn't complain about something like this as it can happen but when you are paying the prices and its "the rabbit" i hold it to a higher standard :). But in saying that, as I said the spa itself was very very good. 2. Rooms. Seen some people complaining about noise and size, now I can say i didn't have this experience. It was was one of the best hotel rooms ive ever stayed in. So well put together and very comfortable. I didnt hear a peep all night and was very relaxing. A very high end room. Room 408 is the room I stayed in. Nothing negative at all to say about the rooms, top notch. 3. Food Its tough for me to review the food because it will sound contradictory in some ways because some of the food was INCREDIBLE and others I didnt like at all. We had lunch in the spa restaurant, pulled short rib on flat bread and it was honestly amazing. In the evening, we went to the main restaurant. I got the fish of the day and it was scampi and chips. I honestly hated it, it was greasy batter with tiny prawns in it. All you could taste was grease and batter, id honestly think twice about using this dish as your fish of the day as all the other dishes looked amazing. My wife got the lamb rump and that was amazing, high quality ingredients and made with care. She got the tonka bean meringue and again was top notch, so i must just have been unlucky with my choice as all the other food looked amazing. 4. Staff I am a well travelled guy. I travel a lot and spend a lot of time in hotels and I can honestly say the staff at the rabbit are at the top of their game, exactly what you would expect from a top class hotel. Attention to detail, warm greetings and a happy to help atmosphere everywhere you went in the rabbit. Small details matter in hotels like this, taking your bags to your room,

Stayed in the hotel for few nights for a wedding but the experience was poor. Check-in process was long as not many staff around and quite a few guests waiting. We arrived at 2pm but still told us to wait until 3pm despite the room was ready. The wall is thin like a paper u will hear other people bang their doors very clearly. No wardrobe to hang your clothes and the room is small. And the wedding staff was the worst, rude to the guests and speaking like they are serving at a funeral! Drinks are super pricy even a bottle of water would cost you £4. Why bother paying a premium to come to this hotel and the quality is like 3 stars?

The menu was very limited especially the desert and kids. For a kids meal it was 13.50. In other restaurants that is the price of an adult meal. Loved menu items have changed for example the Salmon was gone which my family were particularly looking forward too. The steak burger came with two thin patties opposed to before where there was one thick pattie. The desert menus options were horrendous with only 4 sweet options and one savory with one of the sweet ones being ice-cream. We choose the tonka with meringue and strawberries. It came out as a tiny yoghurtry base with strawberries and a bit of meringue sprinkled on top. Could barely feed a child. We will not be coming back. Very disappointed.

New addition to the Rabbit hotel. 5 bedroom lake house with private hot tub and sauna. Easily accomodating 10 adults. Stunning property with beautiful views. Fully fitted kitchen. Parking at the property. Easy access to the restaurant, bar, spa and relaxation area, (less than 1 min walk). Have only included 2 pictures as it really does need to be seen to be appreciated. Especially the master suite!! Wow!! Excellent stay and we cannot wait to get back again. Special mention to Issac who welcomed us as the first guests and gave us the guided tour! See you all very soon x

Stayed here last week and have previously stayed! Local and fav place to be however I had an issue during the night in the room this started at 2am and was still ongoing when I checked out I didn't bring to much attention to it on checkout as I was aware off other guests around me checking in. I sent an email with my complaint on Monday 3 days later still no reply even attached a video to the email so they could understand my concern more disappointed that I got zero reply to my email after spending a total of £400 at this hotel between the stay food and drink I thought an acknowledgement to my email would of been appreciated! This will unfortunately put me off going back which is a shame like I stated above and on my email it's our favourite place. Shame really. So yeah moral of the story if you have any form of issue after a night stay here dont expect it to be acknowledged.
