The property is large, well kept, and well located. Our junior suite was quite spacious, with a really smart layout. Unfortunately, it lacked light fixtures in the entire sitting/couch area, which made it not very usable. A simple floor lamp would have been all the was needed. The bathroom was large and the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very helpful at the front desk and we had two needs come up and the staff was very responsive and efficient in supporting our needs, we were especially impressed when our daughter accidentally broke a glass bottle in the bathroom and the staff was there in minutes to clean it up. The property looked quite large and while we didn't have time to explore it, it was lovely to look at through the windows. The area of improvement really is the food offered at the restaurant. We were disappointed both with the quality and the lack of options for vegetarians and vegans. We found both breakfast and dinner to be lacking quite a bit and the staff did not seem to know too much about the menu.

I came to Hilton Templepatrick for work and have been really impressed with the hotel. The facilities are excellent, the gym is quite large, the pool area was clean and the spa is simply lovely!! The restauarant and bar area were also lovely, both food and drinks were great quality. The staff also stood out, no request was too much and there was always someone on hand to help. Id like to mention specifically Jess, who works on reception and helped me a number of times with various requests - she was simply excellent!! I would also like to mention Alan who worked in the bar/lounge area, he was a really friendly face and by my third day had my mornning drink order memorised, something I feel takes him above and beyond the normal standard of service. My colleague also used the golf course and had nothing but positive things to say - other than the number of balls he lost! I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

So had a long weekend and stayed here. 1. Reception staff very friendly and happy to share fruit and cookies with my daughter. 2. Gym staff very friendly and the pool and changing rooms clean and tidy. 3. Breakfast standard fare BUT with that touch of Irish that is nice. Potato bread, just yum. 4. Evening meals and drinks in a pleasant bar all good. 5. Location chosen for the peace and quiet and frankly the golfers are all pretty calm. Strong WiFi for YouTube Kids Rooms very modern and comfortable. No negatives that I encountered
