Acceptable beds, okay decor, edible food, poor showers and rude and incompetent staff. My partner and I, along with other couples, decided to stay here for a night after a lovely wedding at The Rabbit. Upon arrival, we had agreed to have breakfast at 9.30am the next day. We went for breakfast at 9.30 after having an attempted shower (it barely had water coming out). We were greeted by a very passive aggressive manner saying we were an hour late. We proceeded to eat our microwaved abreakfast to be told, that if it was up to that particular inept member of staff, she would've woke us up by knocking on our door as if we were children. The staff in whole, were unskilled, extremely rude in most ways, very passive aggressive and struggle to read or understand times. I would like to point out at this point, the male worker was somewhat pleasant. Pairing with the flavourless food and the ineffective shower led to an encounter to forget. The experience comparative to the price we paid was one of the lowest I have ever had and puts a bad name for Bed and Breakfasts.
