Nosso passeio para Antônio Prado foi espetacular somente pela nossa estadia no Tri. Atendimento super bom, acomodações ótimas e o que falar da piscina, a melhor parte do hotel, água aquecida e tudo maravilhoso. Adoramos e com certeza voltaremos.

Café da manhã muito ruim com poucas variedades falta de produtos demora para reabastecer garçons tendo que virar sucos e café para servir clientes. Vidros de janelas sujos nao da para olhar para fora. Valor não compativel com o serviço. Por ser um dos poucos hotéis da região poderiam ter um serviço melhor.

Que comida ruim! O jantar foi uma decepção: massa crua , sem sal e fria. Pedi para refazer e veio igual, mas quente. O vinho salvou o jantar, de uma vinícola local excelente . As pessoas são atenciosas, mas a cozinha é péssima . Hotel novo, precisa melhorar esse aspecto do atendimento . Dormir com fome não é bom
