El servicio del hotel fue excelente, la atención del personal A1, está ubicado en una zona tranquila y cuenta con vista al mar, las habitaciones son adecuadas para una pareja y la comida estubo espectacular, definitivamente lo recomiendo.

Excelente estadia, la atencion en el restaurante muy buena, la comida muy rica, en el area de recepcion la atencion de primera sobretodo de Michelle, tambien nos gusto el servicio de Doña Sixta, los garzones Dany , Emilio y don Jesus son muy buenos El Hotel en general muy bueno, limpio, y muy acogedor.

Buona posizione fronte mare, l' hotel di recente costruzione e arredato con gusto.Ho trovato molto valido anche il servizio di ristorazione, con proposte per la cena. Colazione a buffet ricca e varia. L'hotel dispone di parcheggio privato custodito.

Overcharged at checkin. Refund promised (after much debate with staff who basically couldn't be bothered) Finally got the refund in writing, told it would take some time to reach my account. Still waiting 2 months later. Multiple emails etc all ignored. As for the location, yes, quiet because it's out of town but the beach is not directly accessible and is filthy when you finally get there. I wouldn't recommend and wouldn't return.

2do time staying at Geotel, Calama first and then Antofagasta, is a pretty nice place, we booked thru booking, check-in nice and easy, ladies Michelle & Sarit are nice, we ordered room service that night 👍🏽👍🏽, room was clean as always, quiet place, staying right next to the beach is a pretty nice way to sleep, breakfast 👍🏽👍🏽, nothing bad to say about this brand. Well done.

La recepcionista Tatiana no tiene idea de nada al igual que Gladis Soto ,las habitaciones sucias ,las llaves de los baños sueltas,a las 5 PM todavía no colocan toallas ,vista cero al mar Más que que hotel Un Hostal de mala muerte solo para mineros

Waited 45mins for the (only) lady checking in. Finally shown to a room at the far end of floor 2, below ground level, no 225. Just above the deliveries area and facing the electric car park gate and entrance ramp. Requested a room on the top floor. Told no but given a room AT THE FAR END of floor 4, ground level, no 425 overlooking the above! Suite. Small kitchen area, hot plates, microwave. None of the following: cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, tea, coffee, water OR kettle. 5 requests for a kettle later... nowt. Sitting area: torn sticky carpet. Blanket avaliable so that went on the sofa. Bedding clean, bed not comy. Bathroom very sad, my wife was unable to work the taps/shower. Breakfast poor as, by now, expected.
