Cada vez veo mejoras en las instalaciones y servicios. Hace años no venía a Antofagasta y NH me hizo sentir cómodo, con habitaciones de gran nivel y el personal muy buena atención. Juan Carlos el Gerente muy cercano a los clientes y eso se destaca. Volveré.

Me he quedado en varios hoteles de la ciudad y la verdad me he sentido más cómodo en nH. La atención muy eficiente, estacionamiento seguro, vista sensacional y la comida, excelente...desayuno muy surtido y muchas opciones para todos los gustos, 100/100.

En general, la cadena de hoteles NH, es bien valorada, sin embargo ocasionalmente, uno se encuentra con personajes que no se condicen con la filosofía y políticas de la atención de clientes.

En la página del hotel publicaron un valor, minutos después de mostrar el precio en la recepción del hotel en Antofagasta, cambiaron los precios en la página del hotel. El chat de la web del hotel no responde después, habiendo esperado varios minutos.

El restaurant entrega un servicio terrible en cuanto a la atención del personal y sobre todo la calidad de la comida que entregan en el horario de almuerzo y la cena. Nos entregaron un plato en condiciones desagradables, mariscos añejos, duros y de un color negroso. En el almuerzo el pollo a la luisiana estaba seco y algo crudo en el centro. En otra ocasión se les solicitó pulpo a la parrilla y luego de 20 minutos se acercaron para decirnos que no tenían, nos entregaron la carta y nunca volvieron a atendernos dejando a uno de nosotros sin servicio. Pésimo, pésimo en todo y la calidad mediocre por no decir rancio.

Cambiaron hace poco la carta del restaurante y faltan opciones más base como pollo y carne con acompañamiento y/o ensaladas hay poco platos y aburren pronto
