Péssima experiência – Falta de segurança e descaso no atendimento Nossa estadia neste hotel foi muito ruim. Estávamos em um grupo de 11 pessoas e, infelizmente, três tiveram seus pertences furtados no lobby. O pior é que isso aconteceu bem na frente da recepção, com o recepcionista vendo tudo e sem tomar nenhuma atitude para impedir que um desconhecido mexesse nos nossos pertences. O atendimento depois do ocorrido foi péssimo. O gerente não estava no hotel e só apareceu mais de uma hora depois, mas não fez nada para ajudar. Para piorar, o único que viu o que aconteceu – o recepcionista – simplesmente terminou o turno e foi embora, sem dar nenhuma explicação. Quando questionamos o gerente sobre isso, ele também não soube responder. O hotel não passa segurança nenhuma, e eles não assumem qualquer responsabilidade pelos hóspedes e seus pertences. A polícia ainda demorou mais de uma hora para chegar, o que só aumentou nossa frustração. Se for se hospedar aqui, tome muito cuidado e nunca deixe seus pertences desacompanhados. Nossa experiência foi horrível, e definitivamente não recomendamos este hotel.

Sem cheiro de mofo ou bolor Não curtiu · Vários pontos me desagradaram: 1) Ao verificar a conta, percebi que a propina foi calculada sobre o valor total, incluindo os impostos (IVA). Essa prática não está de acordo com as boas práticas de cobrança, já que a propina deve incidir apenas sobre o valor líquido do consumo, excluindo os impostos. Solicito que esta questão seja revisada internamente para evitar novos casos semelhantes e peço, se possível, um esclarecimento sobre a política adotada pelo estabelecimento em relação ao cálculo da própria. 2) Praia não é particular - imunda, cheira mal, e com mendigos dormindo junto a parede 3) Necessita o hotel de melhoras de modernização; pintura por ex 4) ausência de divisórias entre os terraços dos quartos no hotel. Esta situação compromete gravemente a privacidade dos hóspedes, uma vez que permite o acesso visual e, em alguns casos, físico, a áreas que deveriam ser exclusivas de cada um. It is a nice older hotel. Clean with comfortable beds and bedding. The lounge and restaurant staff doesn’t care if they wait on you or not. I suggest eating and drinking elsewhere.
