We have been going to Edsa Shangrila for family staycations for a long time now. It's our whole family's favorite quick getaway. We feel most comfortable and taken cared of at Edsa Shangrila. Our kids especially love swimming in the pool. We would like to give a special shout out to Sir Manny (lifeguard) for chatting with our 2 boys from time to time and for always keeping our kids safe while swimming. Thank you too to Sir Oteph Silvan, lifeguard for taking care of us. For my husband and I, we enjoy having drinks and peanuts at the Pool Bar made relaxing and easy with the impeccable service headed by Mavic and the whole Pool Bar team, Chef Anthony and Nikki! Of course, the whole stay won't be complete without experiencing dining at The Heat. We are most at home with our friends at Heat namely, Kap Mike Cifra, Angelica Banal, Stephen Manuel, Vergel Siason, and of course with Chef Anthony Catipay. Special shout out too to Luigi Bautista, Service Associate from guest service center who always took care of our Heat dining reservations and for the care he has has given us during our stay. Thank you too to Sheryl Meneses for her attention to details in keeping our rooms so clean and comfy. Edsa Shangrila is definitely a place we call home because of the great accommodations and the excellent service of people who work there that have become our good friends as well. We'll definitely be back because of them.

We had the pleasure of experiencing an unforgettable stay at Timberland Highlands Resort, and we must say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and mesmerizing views, making our first time at this resort simply delightful. • Indulging Culinary Delights: The resort's culinary offerings were nothing short of amazing throughout our stay. From breakfast to dinner, each meal was a feast for the senses. The diverse menu impressed us with its range of flavors and exquisite presentation. Her friendly demeanor and professionalism added a personal touch to our arrival, setting a positive tone for the rest of our stay. She went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and provide us with all the necessary information, making us feel instantly at ease. During our spa session, we were fortunate to have Ms. Ella as our masseuse. Not only did she provide a truly relaxing massage, but she also engaged us in delightful conversations, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. Her genuine passion for her work and attentive service made the experience even more enjoyable and personalized. The managers at the Ridge Cafe deserve special mention for their professionalism, unwavering hospitality, and infectious jolliness. They ensured that every meal was served with care and attention to detail. They effortlessly managed the bustling café, yet never failed to accommodate our specific requests and dietary preferences. Their dedication to providing excellent service was evident in every interaction, leaving a lasting positive impression on us. Moreover, the staff at the pool area reflected the same level of commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction. They were always available to assist with our needs and consistently made us feel comfortable. Whether it was providing extra towels, adjusting the poolside umbrellas, or delivering refreshing beverages, they attended to every request promptly and with a genuine smile.

Neat and Clean Polite staff Very accessible location Highly recommended

For my 4days and 4 nights, sulit na sulit sya plus my free breakfast pa. Sa october babalik ako here nang cubao for bini’s concert ulit at dito pa din ako magbobook kahit mejo malayo sya. Gustong gusto ko dun and mejo ayaw ko lg sometimes yung sa frontdesk na girls hnd accomodating parang hirap kausap d nagthethank you o nagsasmile. Pero ok nmn in all.

Stayed for one night here. Location is quite okay as it was within walking distance to SM and Market market. There is alsp a 711 store just beside the hotel. However note this hotel is somewhere along the boundary of BGC. We didn't have any problems here. The room is clean. What we liked was the bed was really a ”hotel” bed. The TV is also a bit TV and had a lot of international channels. AC was small but it did provide the right cool temp for sleeping. One thing we noticed is that there were some snacks left in our room's cabinet (chicharon and bucheron). When we checked out, they asked if it was ours. I think this should have already been cleaned before us checking in to the hotel. Water pressure is strong and toilet is clean. But the hair dryer provided to us was not working. Checkout process took us around 10mins as they really check the room. Should be ok if you are not in a rush. Parking is abundant. Around 12 slots on the basement, plus 2 more slots which by default is closed (they might open these slots if needed). There are also some parking slots just outside the hotel. Overall a bang for buck hotel and would recommend!

The location is good because it's near a lot of establishments. The hotel also is nice. Rooftop, gym and work area. But the problem is the pool. It's dirty and a lot of algae. I already informed the staff but took 1 day before they close it. The problem as well is when the close it. They didn't clean it. They just close it. How can guest enjoy if that is the case?

Firstly, the good. Good location in colourful Poblacion (close to the heart of Makati but keep alert) and reasonably priced. Good friendly staff who go out of their way, Nino, Marlon and Leo (Nino in particular gave me great help when ING Australia had suspended use of my ATM card given its overseas use even though I advised that I would be overseas! lol). Good security (steel security door) and good value. The bad....upper floors can only be accessed by stairs which resemble the steep climb to the death face of K2 (to say it is somewhat steep is an understatement). Nimble young folks and families could do it but it was a great strain for older folks like me despite the fact that the friendly staff were happy to carry my bags upstairs. Secondly, the internet there must be run by evil spirits - you would get connected and the internet would fade and disconnect, or refuse to connect repeatedly. There are many other alternative internet options (different routers for different floors) however you would get the same bad internet experience over and over again. Whilst there is no great internet even in Manila, at the end of the day the internet here was a very frustrating experience and a great difficulty if you absolutely required it (which is most of us). The rooms were so so and came with air conditioning and were about right for a budget stay.

Pretty much brand new hotel which represents outstanding budget value in location convenient for Trinoma and SM North malls. Staff are courteous and helpful, also good security from attentive and polite guards. Rooms and showers very compact, neat and clean. Beats the competition from Red Planet and Go Hotels. Also free onsite parking and good WiFi (although went down on one night we stayed there).

Very excellent experience! Our room was also upgraded. Special mention to ms. Melody for assisting us in our request and going on extra mile by sending us cake and fruits for our anniversary. To CJay and Chris for accommodating us and assisting us since it is our first time in Hyatt. And to Matt who was very hospitable and very accommodating lifeguard on duty at Nobu, when we stayed on the pool side in the afternoon. Will definitely stay again at COD in the future!
