Guests appreciate the convenient location near transportation, restaurants, and major roads. The breakfast receives positive feedback for its quality and variety.

We had no phone in the room. It was bugs and spiders all over the restroom and we were denied a late check out even though we had no phone to ask earlier. I still haven’t gotten my deposit back.

Would not recommend The front door is locked and you can only get in if the employees see you and let you in. The check in process was very odd with a virtual assistant on a kiosk. Which didn’t really make sense because you still had to check in with the employee behind the counter for the keys. The room had some sort of white substance splattered all over the wall and curtains. It smelled like it had been recently fumigated for roaches, a very strong chemical smell, and dead roaches on the exterior stairs. There were homeless encampments in many of the spots in the lot, so parking was difficult. There was someone’s black hair on the pillows of the bed. The first morning when we went to go to get something from car and went back to the room neither of our key cards worked anymore. Since my key card didn’t work I had to stand outside the front doors at 130 in the afternoon trying to flag down an employee so I could get back into my room. The food was mediocre, but fine since it is included for the price. If you don’t go early you might miss out, most of the food except the hot selection was empty by 830 and I never saw it get refilled.
