A very nicely decorated boutique hotel in a convenient location. Overall, a comfortable stay and good value for money. Staff were very helpful.
Some things to note: There is no swimming pool as is stated on *******, though there is a nice rooftop terrace. The free breakfast is "continental" - which in our case waa pancakes and fruit or eggs, tortillas, and fruit with coffee or tea. If you want any of the other breakfasts available, there is a fee. Also, this hotel has a bar right next to it, and often the music and patrons are quite loud.

The employees were very helpful and accommodating. The rooftop terrace had a lovely view of the volcano, mountains and surrounding churches. A travel agency for tours is located just around the corner and a delicious traditional restaurant La Sopa is just a couple of doors down.

We had stay here on Jan 5th, the service is great, breakfast on rooftop just amazing, price was good and totally worth it, will come back next year for sure, the staff attentions are so good, specially julias food that was a plus
