Hotel ubicado en una zona atractiva rodeado de comercios y de fácil acceso y ubicación, desayuno extraordinario, atención y Parqueo. Habitaciones bonitas, cómodas y de buen gusto, sin duda me quedaría nuevamente en sus instalaciones y lo recomiendo.

The hotel is centrally, located with easy access to the main square. My beloved spent a week in a ground floor room, and I joined her for week #2 in a second floor room. Hands down the second floor room beat that on the first floor, which was dark (little natural light), and damp by comparison. Beds were comfortable and room furnishings were nice. Housekeeping was exceptional. While all of the staff was terrific, Luis warrants particular mention as he went above and beyond. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a breakfast bag when we left to leave at 4:45 in the morning to make our flight. The on-site restaurant, Cielito’s, served a good breakfast in a pleasant courtyard setting. This was a very nice place to stay.

Acogedor el lugar instalaciones muy limpias y amplias para descansar muy recomendable y está en una zona muy exclusiva de antigua guatemala me encantó la estadía y los desayunos muy ricos… para negocios o pasar un lindo fin de semana las personas que atienden muy amables

La cama es la más cómoda en la que he dormido la atención al entrar al hotel excelente servicio bastante ideal para descansar ya que no hay ruidos que interrumpan el sueño, recomiendo totalmente el hotel tanto por las instalaciones y que es bastante limpio

en general todo bien, la habitación cómoda, las camas cómodas y lo mas sorprendente fue la limpieza, buenísima, lo único que recomiendo es que los trabajos de remozamiento o reparaciones que estén haciendo se lo hagan ver al cliente para no sorprenderse, esto podría hacerse desde la recepción al momento de llegar al hotel

I was very disappointed with one of the bay staff. I was a paying guest at the hotel and wanted to watch a Euros football game in the restaurant area and have a few drinks - the dining area was very quiet with only three other people who were having a drink and watching the game. I sat down and was told I couldn’t watch the game if I was only going to drink and not order food. I had to take my child and sit in the bar area and I couldn’t see the screen. What upset me was the three other guests didn’t order food and were allowed to sit at a table and two additional visitors who were not paying guests walked in and were allowed to watch the game and not order food. The dining area was empty throughout the game with many empty tables. All of these people sitting at tables (not ordering food) were male and I felt discriminated against and bullied because I was female with a child. The cleaners and hotel staff were nice but the one bar staff member (the one who spoke good English) ruined my experience at this hotel.

Un lugar muy lindo y agradable. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas, puedes pedir una con cocina si lo necesitas sobre todo si viajas con niños. Puedes guardar todo lo que necesites en la nevera. El hotel está situado cerca del parque central, a su alrededor hay farmacias, tiendas, supermercados y a cuadra y media está la.pabaderia san Martin. El personal es muy lindo y te ayudan en todo lo que necesites. Y el desayuno es maravilloso. La habitación muy bonita y limpia Mi única recomendación sería una mesita con dos sillas en la cocina sería fantástico.

La estancia que tuvimos en nuestrro viaje a Antigua fue plancetera. El hotel se encuentra ubicado en una zona central y muy tranquila. Las habitaciones y el personal que atiende son excelentes. Recomendaría 100% este hotel y volvería a quedarme con nuestra familia.
