Chambre à l'étage spacieuse avec une décoration à base de meubles un peu anciens. Par contre, la salle de bains n'est pas très grande et j'ai eu un peu de mal à trouver l'eau chaude. L’hôtel occupe un bâtiment joliment restauré. Très bon accueil et bon petit déjeuner. L'hôtel est bien situé, à deux pas de l'église de la Merced, d'où il est facile de visiter la ville.

Fantastic location and colonial look and feel. But other than that very uncomfortable. Mattresses hard as wood. My room definitely wasn’t the advertised 15 sqm, it was basically the size of a double bed. Rooms have a window toward the inside of the building, however those don’t close well and are covered with curtains which are way too small and let much of the bright hallway light through. Also it means other guests can see into the room from the hallway. The wooden ceilings make you hear every move of rooms and hallways upstairs. Breakfast only at one exact time (8am) instead of a time window so you have nothing if you want to leave a bit early

Tras un error nuestro en la fecha,que se solvento telefónicamente,confirmando así la noche de hotel,cuando fuimos a realizar cheking físicamente ya no estaba disponible la habitación.Nos ofrecieron otra habitación en otro alojamiento suyo, no tan céntrico, y teniendo que desplazarnos al que habíamos elegido para desayunar.No nos gustó, pues no era el que habíamos elegido.Asi pues que no nos quedamos, y decepcionados y enfadados por la situación tan anómala.Lo único positivo es que no género gastos.

Room was dirty and the roof leaked. The actual room condition was much different than the pictures. The included breakfast was so so.
We booked 3 nights and left to another hotel after the first night. There was no refund offered or questions why we’re checking out.
We have traveled around the world to 50 different countries send this is the first bad rating I have ever given.

Excelente atención al cliente, tanto en la previa como durante la estadía, en especial del guatemalteco más escocés de ellos. Encantador edificio colonial, nuestra habitación standard era correcta aunque le faltan detalles en el baño, como ser una jabonera en la ducha y un enchufe para el secador de cabello. Buena ducha con agua caliente. Como todos los días salimos en tours muy temprano no probamos el desayuno que estaba incluido, pero siempre nos dieron un box con un desayuno básico, muy bienvenido. Su ubicación es excelente, a 100 metros de La Merced. Enfrente hay un minimarket con lo básico, agua, refrescos, tarjetas SIM prepagas, snacks. También puedes contratar en el front desk los tours y el traslado desde el aeropuerto de Ciudad de Guatemala hasta allí y de regreso.

No es como lo promocion, los cuartos muy pobres y baños muy pequeños mucho ruido en la noche y la reservacion inlcuye desayuno pero no muy buena deberia de costar 30$
