Lugar especial a 10 minutos de la antigua . Cabaña con vista a la ciudad completa las ventanas en cristal jacuzzi etc el trato muy especial la Comida exquisite . Con SPA museo zip line desayuno bufet fogata vista espectacular el servicio 5 estrellas

When you come here you need to go to their sister properly to check in. We got here to drop off our bags early and they said I didn’t have a reservation. I booked it about 2 weeks ago and showed the confirmation email. Some back and forth over 45 mins and they told us they double booked our room. They then had us stay at the sister property which was fine but not what we wanted. I’ve been in Antigua many times and chose Santo Cielo for the review. The agent at check in and a bad attitude and then finally when we talked to the manager he really didn’t seem to care and tried to buy me off with late check out. Just a horrible experience. As an avid adventure traveler I’ve stayed in some 0 star hotels. Never had an issue with a double booking. Ruined our whole experience and they didn’t seem to care. Do not book here!

The place was beautiful. We had a fire pit to roast marahmellows, a nice jacuzzi to relax and a nice kitchen to prepare small meals. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE CABIN!!
We stayed in the cabin at this beautiful property and it was EXQUISITE!! We had our own butler available to us 24/7. The staff is kind and helpful and they take you to and from the hotel with no issues. The cabin is spacious, really well made (just the right amount of outlets everywhere), the hot tub area is fantastic, the cooling is perfect, the bathroom is gorgeous - I could go on!!
