Beautiful place, very kind staff and they treat you like a king and queens. Very good beds ,blankets, pillows, very good showers,. They have good tv with Netflix Amazing food and restaurants. 100 % will go back to the same hotel close to all restaurants and cafes in La Antigua Guatemala.

El personal súper amable, buen ubicación, muy buen desayuno, las habitaciones no son amplias pero están muy bien. El baño es correcto y acorde a los precios. Parking incluido. Puedes ir caminando a todos lados!! Café y té las 24hs a disposición.

Comfortable room with a great view of the valley. Breakfast was delicious and not too far to walk to the main attractions.
One star removed because of the restricted access to property, requiring someone to let you into the hotel. There was no one there at sunrise when I left for an early hike. If the room keys could also open the gates, that would be perfect.

Fantastic hotel with the best staff! The rooms, facilities, and breakfast are great. The hotel is located near the centre of Antigua and is perfectly accessible by foot. However, the staff is what made this place special, such friendly and hospitable people, from reception to housekeeping. We will definitely come back when we return to Guatemala.

Staff was awesome. Breakfast was great. Beautiful view of the volcano from the room.
