Absolutely gorgeous hotel - stayed here for a nights. You con walk every where. The room we stayed had two twin beds. The room was small, but very clean and we had a nice courtyard off our room. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was great. The staff was very nice throughout our stay, I would highly reccomend the hotel.

Since 2007 every time come to Antigua, Panza Verde was my choice of stay and dinning, till this last trip in April. It seems since the ownership has change everything has gone down from there. The colonial warm feeling of the place has changed into a mishmash of eclectic distasteful "art" displays. What happened to the classy chairs and the romantic breakfast-party room? Did Jackson Polack stay there one night and you decided to run an experiment? As for the restaurant, I won't be back there either. Chicken was dry like shoe leather, seafood dish was O.K, and my risotto became my nightmare in my stomach till the morning. What did you do with my favorite dish???? Best part, when I asked for parmesan cheese for my risotto they told me there is extra charge. REALLY? Did I order chicken and ask for cheese or in every restaurant in the world risotto and pasta comes with a bit of extra cheese? Service was terrible due to be understaffed, and we were mandatory charged for tip for I believe 18%. We were only 3. This gradual downward I noticed was from 2021 and on. I don't think I will return there again; a corner of Antigua which used to be one of my favorite places in the world will be in past memories only. That guys at the front desk are exceptionally good.

Meson Panza Verde is a GORGEOUS hotel! The staff is friendly and very accommodating. I was surprised to learn they offered hot breakfast before 9:30a which was a big bonus because I didn't know that when I made the reservation. The food service is delicious for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also got a complimentary drink ticket upon check-in which was a nice welcome. The hotel is also close to a lot of museums, shops, markets and restaurants. I am so glad I found this gem. Highly recommend staying here, it's very romantic. 10/10!

This was our 2nd trip and both times the visit was outstanding. This place have true old world charm. Rooms are unique and fantastic. The staff was excellent and helpful. During your stay I highly recommend their restaurant, has to be the best in town and would be in most towns.

Pésimo servicio al cliente del manager Javier Nájera. Prepotente, abusivo y con pésima empatía. Fue muy incómodo comer en este restaurante, nos hicieron sentir muy mal. La calidad de la comida ha bajado considerablemente. No es lo que era hace algunos años. Es una lastima.

Booked this hotel based on a friend’s recommendation. Loved it! Was milestone birthday visit for us, totally pleased and already planning the next visit this year! We stayed four nights in Suite 7, which was even nicer than described on the website. Quite large, especially for a couple, and was very comfortable. The restaurant was excellent too! Breakfast everyday of our stay was included, and so good was well dressed and English speaking Guatemalan wait staff. We loved it so much, we even had lunch there twice and dinner once! White table cloths during the day, black at night. The food was wonderful, fresh, local, and served in generous proportions. Loved it. The concierge and front desk staff were wonderful, professional yet personable. The manager was always around during the day and was super hospitable and helpful with suggestions for places to go and things to do. Again, everybody here was wonderful. Don’t forget to visit the rooftop! Views of the city and open day and evenings. Note— lots of stone steps, would be tough to navigate if physically disabled. The pool is a lap pool, limited hours, but in a gorgeous setting. Onsite parking if needed. Extremely well round hotel. And within a short walking distance of the downtown!

Excellent hotel with spacious, luxury rooms. Beautiful inner courtyard. The staff is very accommodatable and professional. Service was exceptional. Food was fantastic and the bar/speakeasy added an elegant touch for a cocktail. We will be back!
