El hotel no está situado en el centro de la ciudad pero queda cerca. Las habitaciones están muy bien, amplias y con ventiladores., aunque unas tienen el cuarto de baño más actualizado que otras. Tiene un jardín inmenso y muy frondoso. El desayuno está bien y sirven zumos naturales. El personal amable.

We left iPhone charge and rain coat sent to us via fedex without hassle. Solution offered in no time thank you for the efforts of nice people in front desk. I felt relaxed enjoyed good coffee and nice breakfast. Next time definitely go for longer stay.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel. It has spectacular gardens. We went for one night and it was a very pleasant stay. We had delicious pizzas for lunch and breakfast is also delicious. The room is very comfortable and the staff very attentive. I will surely return!!

Todo muy bien, el hotel es muy lindo y el servicio excelente. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Diana, la señorita de reservaciones fue muy amable desde el principio. También la comida es muy rica, solamente sería importante agregar a su menú tortillas.

Great location, allows to walk to different places in Antigua; beautiful gardens; clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent service! The personal is very kind and are willing to fulfill your needs! Nice restaurant and very good food. The daily breakfast is delicious. It’s great that the housekeepers clean the rooms daily. Highly recommended!

Très bien situé à 10 minutes à pied du plein centre d'Antigua, un joli hôtel soigné dans un cadre historique. Le plus est sans conteste le magnifique jardin tropical qui remplit toute la cour intérieure de l'hôtel. Les chambres sont au RDC ou au 1er sur deux ailes le long d'un long balcon donnant sur le jardin. La chambre 215 était au 1er et très calme. Les chambres sont très grandes mais sans charme. Les literies sont moyennes, les SDB rudimentaires. Il y a souvent des soucis d'eau (comme souvent à Antigua). Les petits déjeuners sont très bons et dans un joli cadre. Une belle adresse.

Pésimo, ruido de restaurante, ruido de tráfico y pésimo servicio en recepción hasta la mala educación. Oyes cada coche que pasa(y es una calle con mucho tráfico) y aunque dicen que cierran el restaurante los clientes siguen gritando y hay ruido de platos. Jamás volveré. Ni de 4 ni de 2 estrellas

Excellent, quiet, safe place with a large clean room and an excellent restaurant. My only issue was with the front desk clerk who over and over again rejected my USD $20 bills while I was trying to pay the $50 transfer from GUA. It was late at night and to have most of my $20 bill rejected for tiny tears or blemishes was quite unnecessary. This exercise in examining every bill took an extra 10 - 15 minutes! Take Quetzals instead as the quality of the bills doesn't matter to them.
