Próximo da Praça Central, rodeado por um enorme e maravilhoso jardim, de estilo colonial com quartos amplos e muito agradáveis. Não têm ar condicionado mas o ventilador bastou para conservar o ambiente fresco. O pequeno almoço tomado no jardim e servido com requinte é extremamente agradável. Apesar de várias tentativas nunca conseguimos que a TV funcionasse

Wir waren zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel. An beiden Tagen hatten wir nur kaltes Wasser zum Duschen. Langes laufen lassen hat nichts bewirkt, auch nicht die Reklamation. Das Zimmer war ordentlich. Das Frühstück war vorgefertigt. Entweder man hat es gegessen, oder es ging zurück.

Really nice place to stay in Antigua. Colonial style of the room combined with vey good and modern accommodation brought a great experience to repeat it

The hotel has a gorgeous garden which is in the court yard of the hotel and all the rooms have a terrace which overlook the garden. I was on the second floor and there is no elevator. The rooms are pretty basic, there is no A/C, but none might be needed, but they do provide a fan. There is no coffee pot either. In order to use the safe, you had to get a key from the front desk, but leave a$120 deposit. You are given a room key, there is free wifi and toiletries are provided. Note that toilet paper is thrown in the garbage, as it does in all of Guatemala. You get a desk and desk chair. Las Farolas is centrally located and near many restaurants. The sites are easily walked to from the hotel. Breakfast which starts at 7 AM is included and you get a choice from ordering one item from the menu; there are many egg dishes, and you can get oatmeal too. The hotel staff is helpful and friendly and those that work at the front desk speak english.

Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado y el calor es excesivo durante la noche. Solo tienen un ventilador portátil. No hay ventiladores en el Techo en las habitaciones del 2do nivel.
El último día de nuestra estancia Amanecimos sin agua , pasamos toda la mañana sin poder usar el baño y no pudimos bañarnos.
Nadie nos avisó que harían un mantenimiento al sistema de agua ese día. Fue muy incómodo.
En la habitación se escucha mucho ruido de los carros que pasan por la calle .
