great place the staff here are all really nice people and i enjoyed talking to them. I had a free tour with jose and it it was great he showed me some places around the hotel and it was a great time very interesting becuse he adapted the tour to my interests and customized it for me. would highly recomend!!

The hotel is perfectly located, with a romantic touch in a charming city. The team at Hotel Los Pasos is excellent. José, our tour guide, showed us the city with great pride and passion. His storytelling style made the history come alive in a fun and engaging way and did I mentioned that he is perfectly bilingual! 👏 A big hug to the rest of the team Marcelo, Jorge, Flor, Brenda, Lester and Gisela. Todo muy bien. Buenas habitaciones y buen servicio del personal. Buen desayuno también. Solo les hace falta tener un carrito con colgadero para las maletas y colgar la ropa, en nuestro caso que estuvimos por una boda y con vestidos largos se nos hizo falta tener este tipo de apoyo para el personal. Además que llovió y en el trayecto de la recepción a la habitación se pueden mojar las maletas y la ropa. Un carrito con capa es mis gerencia.

Ambiente tranquilo, comida rica. En las habitaciones del primer nivel cerca de la entrada se oye todo el ruido de afuera, por lo que no son las mejores habitaciones como las del fondo, pero en general todo bien! Camas cómodas y almohadas también. Productos utilizados en el baño (jabón, crema, shampoo, etc) excelente calidad!

Recomiendo Hotel los pasos. Ya que la comida y la vista son increíbles. He venido con mi familia y quedamos maravillados. El punto es muy céntrico , el área de arriba es muy cómoda y fresca. La música en vivo era un saxofonista, y era muy bueno..

Lovley place, it's beautiful, stuff were amazing and the service was impecable. We enjoyed our stay and they helped us plan our tour round the city. The hotel is within a walking distance of a number of attractions. Perfect place to stay, I'd strongly recomend.

Beautifully building and furnishings, our rooms were very small but we didn’t spend a lot of time in them. The communal areas of the hotel were very nice. Breakfast was good but took a while to come so plan accordingly! Good location about 10 mins walk to the square.

Deasyunamos en el restaurante varias mañanas y el servicio era excelente. Estefany era muy atenta a cualquier necesidad. La comida era rica. Disfrutamos del ambiete bonito y tranquilo. Recomendamos este restaurante a todos los que visitan a Antigua.
