Hotel en centre ville, nous avons trouvé un tres bon accueil.
Points positifs : la propreté generale de l'hotel, de la chambre et de la sdb. Literie de bonne qualité. Tv connectée + wifi a disposition. Hotel au centre-ville.
Point négatifs : pas de climatisation et chambre sous les toits. Pas d'ascenseur. Baignoire sabot tres glissante et donc risque important de chute. Faible Insonorisation des chambres.

Accueil chaleureux et très agréable. Grosse déception quant à la chambre au 3eme étage... 30°dehors - au moins 40 dedans. On s'y sentait oppressées, pas d'air malgré la fenêtre ouverte et le ventilo qui a tourné toute la nuit. Situation avantageuse car voiture au parking et tout est faisable à pied.

Hôtel extrêmement bien placé, stationnement facile à proximité, chambres petites mais avec tout le nécessaire, literie au top. Petit déjeuner copieux, avec des produits locaux et frais, même un dimanche matin! Tarifs corrects pour Thonon. Accueil très sympathique. Visiblement, même si ce n'était pas notre cas, toutes facilités pour les cyclotouristes. Seul bémol, l'absence d'ascenseur. Bien préciser si on a des difficultés avec les escaliers. Et comme souvent, réserver directement à l'hôtel, en évitant les plateformes, plus chères. Nous conservons l'adresse pour un prochain séjour.

Great customer service and welcome - on arrival a safe place was found for our 4 bikes and we could buy cold drinks from the bar after a long hot day cycling. Rooms are simple but comfortable and clean, breakfast was great. The children were made to feel very welcome.
