Un bel établissement, le personnel est aux petits soins mais toujours discret. La nouvelle direction est très à l’écoute de nos demandes et se plie en 4 pour nous faire passer un agréable séjour. Les chambres sont propres et bien équipées. Notre séjour en amoureux a été parfait, je recommande cet établissement.

Nous avons séjourné récemment au Centell Hotel & Spa et tout a été irréprochable. L’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel, avec un personnel toujours disponible et souriant. La chambre était spacieuse, très propre et bien équipée. Le spa est un vrai plus : propre, bien aménagé et très relaxant après une journée bien remplie. Le petit-déjeuner est varié, les plats sont frais et bien présentés. Une mention spéciale au service en salle, rapide et attentionné ! L’établissement est bien situé et sécurisé. On sent clairement un souci du détail et une volonté d’offrir une expérience client haut de gamme. Je recommande sans hésiter !

An oasis in the city
We enjoyed the spa, the staff and the bar. The city can be overwheling and the helpful staff coordinated transport, and facitotates great relaxation in the pool and spa. Wonderful time.

Bonne literie, chambre propre, la femme qui m'a fait le repassage est sympa et la plupart du personnel était top.
Exceptée la femme à l'accueil qui n'est pas du tout souriante, ou sourit seulement à certains clients pas à tout le monde en tout cas! ( ou peut-être parceque j'étais vêtue modestement ? Les clients doivent être traités de la même manière). Au prix qu'on paie et tenant compte du nombre d'étoiles, on s'attend à un bon accueil, personne souriante à l'accueil.
Du buffet, au petit déjeuner, j'ai apprécié particulièrement le "vary amin'anana" (typique de Madagascar). Pour ça ne changez rien.
