Thank you for a wonderful stay, Yilmaz and his team were so friendly and made us feel at home. The hotel was nice and we had a very early start for a flight and the night team made sure we were fed and ready to go. The location is great, by the harbour and there are great views once you're there (the harbour). The old town streets are beautiful and buzzing in the evening with life. There is a bit of noise due to being in the centre of town which is to be expected, we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend it. Nick and Beth

We had an unforgettable stay at Los Suite. We were a family of 7 adults and 3 children under 2. We ended getting 2 apartments and we absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay here, the rooms were so modern, stylish and done to such a high standard. The front was manned 24/7 and the staff were exceptional, nothing was ever trouble and they always went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We spent most of our time relaxing and lounging by the pool which was perfect for us and was a spot for us to also chat and mingle with other guest enjoying the pool too. This place is ideal for families with their spacious rooms, thoughtful amenities and safe environment. The place was ideally located only 20minutes away from the airport and was easy to get around. In summary, our stay at LOS Suites was nothing short of magical. If your'e seeking a tranquil retreat with impeccable service, stunning accommodation and a family friendly vibe - this is your spot. We wholeheartedly recommend LOS Suites to anyone visiting Antalya.

Antalya City Center
I booked this hotel room for the 28th of August for myself, my wife and 2 children and it was absolutely disgusting when we arrived. First of all the man on reception tried to charge me again even though I’d paid through ***********, then when we got to the room we were shocked at the poor condition. There were holes in the wall, bare concrete where wallpaper had come off and black mould on the walls. There was exposed wired on the wall lights and the ceiling light had burn marks on it. The bed bases had filthy marks all over which was obviously human bodily fluids and all the curtains were hanging off the poles. Then we get to the bathroom which should be condemned, the cistern lid was far to big and had a constant stream of water pouring out of it all night. The flusher was broken so we couldn’t even flush the toilet. The so called shower was broken off the wall and was absolutely filthy with dirt and toilet water. The room was incredibly dirty, including the bedding and it had an awful smell of urine to the whole hotel. Not to mention we were all bitten numerous times by either fleas or bedbugs. We didn’t sleep all night as the door didn’t have a proper lock, only some metal thing to stop it opening the whole way, not to mention the hotel was located in a horrible location which left us feeling extremely unsafe (we only stayed as we had no other option due to flight cancellation). When we left, the man at reception called a taxi and charged us 400 Turkish lira, we then find out he only gave the taxi driver 200 of it. The same with the food he ordered for us the night before, he lied and said the menu was old so charged us 695 lira for food that should of been half this price, again we had no other option as there’s no shops or restaurants in that area. Even if there was, it would be very unsafe to walk around there at night.

Antalya City Center
We stayed here for 4 nights in August, which I assumed was crowded due to the busy travel season. Also being in the city centre the hotel seemed to attract a lot of work travellers than tourists. What we liked - Comfortable large rooms - Taxis available on push of a button at the hotel - Very well maintained property and hotel amenities What we did not like as much 1. Food: The breakfasts had a decent spread but was among the mediocre ones we in all our stay at Turkey. It was a pure buffet system with no eggs to order (or at least no one asking you for it). We also ordered room service one day for dinner (not very expensive) and definitely better than breakfast. However, the San Sebastián cheesecake was a pass. 2.Laundry services - the most annoying part of our experience. Our second batch of laundry of wet clothes remained unattended to for 3 days despite several repeated reminders to house keeping and reception. It was almost shameful considering the number of times we had to follow up and still find no help. Overall while it was a comfortable stay and property is located in city centre (away from the old town tourist buzz), I am tempted to knock off more for the laundry experience - however that would be unfair considering the otherwise decent experience we had here.

Located in a quiet historical part of the old town within walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants, monuments etc. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Most rooms do not have balconies but there is a terrace around the pool which has loungers and chairs with tables. Breakfast is buffet style with something for every one with coffee, tea etc included but no fruit juices. Free bottle of water per room every day but no fridge in the room to keep it cool. Pool/ breakfast area is pretty and can be used all day and evening. Would recommend this hotel

In a great location, I cannot really call this accommodation a ”hotel” as there is no reception, actually nobody around, for anything needed, a txt in Whatsapp is the main way to contact the owner. I saw pictures of the breakfast in these reviews but there were no breakfast at all. but that was not a problem as the price was very reasonable. Bed extremely uncomfortable, with possibly a hole under it, which makes sink whoever lies down on it. Bathroom had mould, fan extractor not working; shower has no dedicated space, like in the Indian style bathroom , where the whole floor is flooded. I think it's better to spend a bit more with other better real hotels around the area, unless you are a solo traveller
