The hotel is fresh after reconstruction. It is located on the first line from the sea, its own platform on the sea, elevator. The rooms are cramped and dark, all without a balcony. The windows open slightly and there is not enough fresh air in the room. Very good breakfast.

Amazing hotel with the best staff employeed. They are always happy to help and talk with the best smiles so you would miss them when you leave like they were your friends. Rooms are pretty good with all amenities provided however a little small. Special thanks to Mahsa, Sinan and Natali for making over stay wonderful.

I wasn't expecting this many facilities at this price. Value for money 10/10. Never seen anything like that before in this price.Go for all inclusive,there are 3 buffet meals and many other things going all the day.The buffet were very good , Extensive menu in buffet meals. If you need anything in the room ,they will help you within 5 minutes.

Very good location - in Old Town and close to plenty of restaurants, cafes and shopping, the old city marina, hidirilik tower, karaalioglu park, and pick up point for day trips which is just outside the hadrian gate. The room was quite small and many things didnt function. Unaccessible bedside drawers, tv and safe didnt work, small old shower with no proper ventilation, no space to hang/dry anything except for wardrobe, beddings smelling of cat food. The ac worked really well though. The staff communication was polite yet terrible. I needed early check in and contacting them prior to staying was a nightmare. Either they didnt pick up, or if they did, they'd tell you they don't know/call back later. Upon arriving early morning 6am, we were told by the night shift manager that'd hed provide us the room early around 9am and agreed that it doesnt make sense to pay for early check in just for 3 hours and we could just lounge around by the pool until the. But this was a lie. The day manager simply dismissed us and asked for extra nights cost for a room that was in the attic with barely any space to stand straight. Frustrated and disappointed, we just ended up waiting till 2pm for check in. We didnt have wifi for an entire day despite complaining. The wifi in rooms is different to wifi in lobby which the staff didnt seem to understand. They simply didnt bother completing the wifi process which is why we couldnt access the wifi in the room. Throughout our stay, we had different information provided by different 5 staff which got very very frustrating. Water bottle and amenities etc is only provided on the first day which is not clearly mentioned in description. One staff told us there is housekeeping every third day when we requested for few things, however this isnt true as per other staff/owner. Breakfast was ok. Not much selection in warm food, only chips and sausages and eggs. The indoor area looks pretty with the plants and swimming pool. Lots of cute cats. There are 3 parrots and one of them talks! the noise levels are expectedly high if youre facing the pool area. Not ideal if youre a light sleeper. Overall, great location but needs better service.

Housekeeping were smoking somewhere in the morning and it came in the room. Spa office a guy was smoking inside spa that is unexeptable !! I booked 3 room and it was a very hard things to get it right at the reception where the young people are not trained well to sort any trouble. Thanks Burhan was there and helped us !!

The place itself is fabulous such as the bed being comfy, the WiFi is great, nice shower, good maid service, fully equipped and functional kitchen. The down side is that it’s right across the alley from a bar. The bar opens at 8pm and doesn’t close until 4am. This was M-Sunday. The only time they stop is if a bad storm comes through which I was fortunate to have 2 nights I was there. They have live music from 8-11pm then switch to super loud techno music until 4am! All I heard was boom boom boom vibrating in my skull! Luckily you have peace and quiet from 4-9am to get some kind of sleep! If you’re a partier then this is the place for you. If you’re not, be prepared to not get much sleep.

Fantastic experience: clean and clean structure, a little small room but it's very good for those who want to spend time out and explore the city, given that the hotel is in the historic center The hotel is a very good hotel, and it is a good hotel. We also had dinner one evening and the hamburgers are great. All fantastic, including staff.

I went to Antalya for massive dental treatment. The hotels staff and owner could not have given me any more help and care and have looked after me like a son. Its a small family run business and I really felt home from home at a very difficult time for me. The hotel is immaculate and finished to a very high standard. All rooms are very modern are fitted with everything you could need + more, i even had a washing machine and dishwasher. It is situated in the most perfect location right near to all the main restaurants, beaches and supermarkets. No other hotels that I have seen over the two weeks even compare or come close to Elanis Suites. They have the best pool, staff, rooms and location wise you will not be happier when you get here. Its a perfect place for all to enjoy a beautiful country!! You will 100% regret not booking Elanis Suites if you come to Antalya. You must check it out!!

Just on the edge of the Roman harbor, an old building hotel, the room is on the first floor next to the shops in the small streets outside, the room size is right, there is its own parking lot for free parking, breakfast on the fourth floor is good, breakfast is according to the head, the style is many, but it is all kinds of sauces and cheese, The eggs will ask how to cook. The hotel will walk out for a minute to the harbor pier. Living in this old building, immersed in the harbor for more than 2000 years, is very historical. Note that when driving to the hotel, it is necessary to explain that it is to go to the Adalia Hotel to enter the harbor. When you drive to the head, turn left and go uphill to the top right. (Look at the very narrow streets and alleys are shops on both sides, don’t hesitate), the bad place is to find someone to go to the front desk of the hotel to find someone to drive the parking. The door of the field or call the front desk, every time you drive out, you have to find someone to open the door.

Friendly people work there. Breakfast is delicious, the terrace is wonderful. You can hardly hear the Ezan, but I had a hard time getting enough sleep because of the noisy general air conditioning, I didn't use it in the room myself, earplugs hardly helped. Noise insulation is 0, I was lucky with the neighbors that they didn't yell or make noise at night.
