Very good, a comfortable experience

Booked two nights, no refund if canceled, it was OK according to the previous reviews. But during this trip to Turkey, I found that I should try not to order small hotels and inns that cannot be canceled. It is not the peak tourist season and it is not easy to be fully booked. So this is only an overbearing clause. For example, I thought that the boss and employees had a good attitude, and if I left early and negotiated a refund, they would not refund it for various reasons. Some small hotels like this in Turkey are likely to ask for money without a bottom line. In fact, the location of this hotel is not very good, and the service is not to be mentioned. It seems that the rating is three stars at most. So I discussed with the hotel to refund early, and the platform said that the hotel can refund if it agrees. But they didn't, and let us stay for free next year. I think I will never go to such a hotel again.

The staff at the hotel are super enthusiastic and are willing to help us buy bus tickets, which saves us the round trip costs. The hotel facilities and environment are very clean. There are many restaurants next to the hotel and it is close to the sea. It is perfect to take a walk after eating.

I’ll add my voice to the chorus of exceptional reviews for Z Suites. The pictures matched reality. The service was just as the reviews it was - outstanding. The rooms were spotless, and each glass was plastic wrapped as if they were new. Overall impressive. Great stay

I stayed in Z-suites for 7 days. I can’t ask for better or have not seen better experience in any other 5 star hotels or apartment hotel. Z-suite is by far is on top of my hotel list. I have spent more than 400 nights in many Marriot hotel brands in the US, Europe and Middle East and I can confidently vouch for Z-suite to exceed all expectations. It dose not offer catering or any amenities but the comfort and value you get from the upscale suites compensates – also you can you access many great food and drink places within few minutes walk from the Z-suites. The location is nicely nestled in a quite and secure upscale neighborhood and you can see or take 3 minute walk to Lara beach. There are tons of restaurants, coffeeshops and many grocery stores within 10 minutes walk. Bus stations to the old town or airport is about 6 minutes walk. Suite and furniture reflects smart ergonomically design for a living spaces. Suites have great layout and modern and new furniture. Appliances include flagship brands from refrigerator, cooktop, oven to washer and dryer. My suite has two large LCD TVs each with satellite dish. Patio in my suite is more than 150 sqft and has small angles from which you see the sea. Lighting in suites can be controlled to balance between dark and natural bright and can completely change the vibe. To control lighting you have options from several insulated glass doors and layers of curtains and motorized hurricane shutters. There is also a skylight that can be opened and covered and directly facing bed. I have been facing poor internet and Wifi in hotels in Turkey but Z-suite provides fast and reliable service. I connected with three devices and have had no troubles. Parking spots are provided for free in basement with direct access to elevator to suites. Staff from security, room cleaning to office manager go to extra miles to help. Most of the staff speak English well and I always felt welcomed. I highly recommend Z-suite when visiting Antalya for either leisure or business.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and loved the place. The staff was very welcoming and helpful specially Miss Rana was a great help. Rooms are pretty spacious and i would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect place for either a short or a long stay in beautiful Antalya. We stayed there for more than 2 months and the hotel, the team were just awesome. The room was spacious and modernly furnished, with good enough noise cancellation and everything that is needed for a comfortable stay. We stored our bicycles in an underground parking which was very convenient. The location of the hotel is unbeatable: you can walk to different restaurants along the seashore and enjoy the stunning views; walk to places where you can swim in a crystal clean water; go for a run or visit a nearby shopping mall if you need to buy something. Thank you z-suits team for hosting us. We definitely recommended staying at this place. 5 out of 5!

Прекрасные люди, отличная локация, удобные и комфортные номера, чистота и ощущение «дома» — это вкратце то, что можно сказать о Z-Suites. Лара зимой - это то место, где можно укрыться от других туристов, хотя их и не так много в принципе. Близость к хорошим ресторанам, таким как Sirali или Kalamar Balik, не говоря уже о прекрасном Sushi&Co., который расположился прямо напротив отеля, — также очень выигрышна для проживающих. Всего в ста метрах от входа - наикрасивейшая береговая полоса обрыва, откуда каждый раз хочется делать фото и видеть всю красоту гор и моря. В десяти неторопливых минутах - нижний Дюденский водопад, прекрасная цель для прогулки. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал отеля, который всегда на посту и готов помочь в абсолютно любых ситуациях. Вчера утром, прощаясь с нами, нам сказали: «до новых встреч» — так вот они будут точно, ибо променять Z-Suites и Лару на что-то другое я не соглашусь. Удачи Вам, здоровья и моря хороших гостей! Kaldığım süre boyunca oldukça konforlu bir süreç yaşadım. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ,yardımseverler birtakım ihtiyaçlarımız oldu hemen karşıladılar. Dairelerdeki mobilyalar ve birçok ürünler yeni ve kaliteliydi. Temizlik konusunda baya hassas ve dikkatliler tam anlamıyla beklentimin çok üzerinde bir yerdi. En kısa zamanda tekrar ziyaret etmeyi düşünüyoruz teşekkürler Z-Suites 😊🙏

Очень уютные, чистые , стильные апартаменты , со всеми удобствами ( удобная кухня, стиральная машина, сушильная машина, фен ) отличное месторасположение, недалеко от моря, рядом много ресторанов и баров. Приветливый отзывчивый персонал .
