Breakfast is located on the top floor of the hotel. The scenery is very beautiful. There seem to be only three to four rooms on each floor, and the interior is quite narrow. Generally speaking, it’s okay

We went for the New Year's holiday, my wife and 2 children, the rooms are nice and clean, we were hosted very well, the wonderful breakfast served on the terrace view is very very good, we thank all the staff, especially Ms. Dewi for the massage.

STAY CLEAR! This has to be the worst hotel. Rude staff, dirty rooms . No bed sheet change in 5 days. Wardrobes filty, bathrooms horrendous with the last person who stayed tooth paste still stained inside bathroom sink. Floors filty, bed sheets ripped, stained and covered in someone else hair. Curtains full of cigarette burns, chairs heavily stained and disgusting.No hot water at sink or shower. Breakfast is terrible . No food and what is there bread and cheese is stale! Stale food under table, cracked mirrors. Wardrobe full of hairs and dirt. CLEANERS DO NOT CLEAN THE ROOM. Hotel refused to refund me. STAY CLEAR

The biggest room had enough space for beds only, AC was working but temperature was warmer than outside. The picture posted is no reflection of the area. Overal pictures are not reflecting the inside or outside of the hotel.

Centrally located, pleasant staff. But dark, worn, and does not live up to its name of luxury spa. Didn't get any info about the spa. Rubbish left in the room, sheets not changed on the pillows. Located in an alley. Would not recommend it further.

The hairdryer was, surprisingly, quite powerful. Probably for the first time in all my trips I came across such a powerful hairdryer in a hotel. I didn’t use the air conditioner, I don’t know. The room was quiet. Overall, I had a very pleasant impression of the hotel and staff. I would return. I didn’t pay attention to the minor drawbacks associated with the need for minor cosmetic repairs (a piece of mirror that fell off, a creaking door in the shower room, a loose shower holder).
