Konak Avula, which we booked for two nights of our trip in Antakya, did not disappoint us. We arrived very soon from the airport with Havas. Firstly, because the hotel is located in the Long Market, it makes you very central and walking distance to many places. We were able to walk to all restaurants with comfort. This is a great advantage if you are in the Old Antakya. We stayed in one of the large rooms in the upper floor of the courtyard. The hotel's structure is looking at all rooms immediately and you cannot, unfortunately, be able to speak. You shouldn't prefer the centre to a silent evening, and it's a separate footnote. We didn't come with the car, so we didn't have a parking problem and we preferred this place. The options included in the breakfast are enough, you can find local products in the area. A very successfully renovated and spent work structure. We found answers to every question while staff were very helpful, both during the reservation phase and during the reservation phase. We thank Betül Lady and Ergin Bey in particular. Once again, we could prefer Konak Avula.

I visited Antakya as part of a long trip around Turkiye, and was appaled by the amount of destruction from the earthquake. But I also saw the hope and can-do atiitude from lots of people working hard to rebuild the city. The hotel was in very excellent working condition, cozy and clean, and good price-to-quality as well.
